It took a little while to find a salesperson but after that, everything went great.Â
No Problems from Start to finish 😊 we intended to just begin to Look at couches. Our Salesman was great, not at all petty! Very informative and helpful. We walked out having put a good Deposit on our Choice 45min. Later.Â
My shopping experience was excellent. I was shopping for loveseat & chair; found the perfect choice right away but Chris was patient while I browsed and second guessed my decision. I was really pleased when on my way out I happened to see a sign for A percentage off or free delivery. Asked a very nice customer service person if that would apply to my purchase. Apparently the sale has ended the day before and the sign wasn’t removed so the manager gladly took the entire delivery charge off my bill. I really appreciated that ;... read more
CC our sales person was wonderful. We originally were looking for a leather couch, but ended up spotting some fabulous console tables. Very nice store layout. Purchased a couch there 5 years Ago and we still enjoy it very much so.Â
The website is good. They didn't provide enough information about the adjustable bed base I was inquiring about.Â
Long lead times to get furnitureÂ
Several minor hiccups. All have been solved in a timely manner. Just wish they didn’t happen to begin with. Delays in delivery and incorrect fabric on the ottoman. Again handled quickly but would have rather not had to deal with them.Â
I love this this couch! The color is great and the couch is firm and comfy. Rich helped me with the sale of the couch, it turned out he order me the wrong sectional, despite us standing right next to the couch when he put the order in. Thanks to David, when I called he corrected the order, he was kind and very helpful. The delivery was excellent. So excited to finally have my couch.Â
