I'm getting an estimate this week to replace the artificial turf we installed last year in our backyard ... it's unbeara-bly hot from early summer until autumn, even my dogs avoid using it to go potty, which creates another messy problem that has to be addressed daily. I contracted with Big Bully Turf, to install new turf in my courtyard. It looks fabulous! I chose this company because it is women owned and was also getting good reviews. I did not get any other estimates, not after seeing the turf sample and how luxurious it was. My little fur babies love it and their little feet sink into the product almost like it was real grass (even though they have very little contact with the real thing). I have had a great experience so far with Big Bully Turf. Bryan, my sales representative, has been NO pressure In buying, he gave me time to think and answered all my questions. He offered suggestions to help me with pricing for my budget. When he gave me a fair price, he helped with getting the water district to come out and do their inspection for my rebate. I will follow up with pictures and the end product when completed.
It's been 3 weeks since this was installed, and we love it more each day! Every day I'm reminded of the quality I paid for when I went with Big Bully Turf. We had an existing paver patio, and they added turf with paver edging and an 11x11 paver island. They also added decomposed granite on the side of the house for a dog run. They have an amazing sales team that really takes the time to educate you on turf. They are very nice and knowledgeable about lawns and landscape. They are the best!! Thank you for giving us our lawn back.
My yard looks great! The guys who did installation worked so hard. They left everything clean and in good shape. I'm very pleased.
