I made a purchase in June of 2022 with Birch Gold Group.Im revisiting this purchase today as I am working to recover a receipt for the value of the metals I purchased. I never received a receipt for my purchase. I have email documentation from 6/12/2022 detailing my attempts to obtain a receipt. Find a different broker while you can. ******* up my Taxes as they misunderstood that I wanted a rollover from another IRA and not a taxable distribution. My 2021 taxes are messed up and now will have to deal with IRS for who knows how long. The brokers are very abrupt and hard to deal with (like they're all from New York/New Jersey). I'm left wondering if I will even get resolution which is not a good place to be financially. I find it perplexing these guys are A+ rated and backed by Ben ********

No where on their website do they mention the lowest possible purchase is $10,000 for physical gold. Instead you have to call them, and give them an e-mail address. After you give them an e-mail, they will not stop sending you garbage, no matter how many times you reply with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject and body. I had to call them and give them my e-mail, and I'm not sure if they'll actually unsubscribe me. There are much better places to buy gold that aren't stuck in a 1990s business model. Do not recommend.

Dealings with Sam was pleasant enough, yet how all this ira stuff works leaves me worried this is all a scam. The amount I gave birtch gold and the amount the IRA company claims I have are to far apart.

We made the mistake of requesting free information through the mail from this company and our phone hasn't stopped ringing with calls from them. We haven't even received the information yet and I'm am pretty much SOLD on NOT doing business with them. This is nothing short of harrassment.
