I purchased a silver *** for ****** and the administrative fees and storage fees were more than the silver appreciated. I cashed out and the Silver Eagles I got are only worth ******. Thats a ****** loss, so buyer beware.

Somewhat comforting to know I'm not the only person who's been taken by Birch Gold. Bought ******** silver coin as an IRA ********* account has decreased in value by 40%.

PSA ??I brought some precious metals a few months ago and to was very disappointed to find out after my testing of my gold that they were NOT "24ct gold", but gold plated. I reported it to Birch Gold Group and it was handled in a very personal manner by ******* and ********. Please make sure to test your purchase with a place that uses a metal scanner.. Hopefully, Birch Gold Group, takes a moment to review their partnership with manufacturers to maintain their company's integrity!!

My investment advisor had me buy an ********** Florin .25 oz in gold and silver instead of having me buy U.S. Eagle or Buffalo 1 oz. The Australian Florin has lost 50% of its value in less than 6 months yet gold and silver remain strong in general. He assured me it was a safe and not volatile but that was not the case. Yes, invest at your own risk but I would have bought what I know but was advised otherwise and it cost me. Dont buy foreign gold or silver.

**** offcompany. I invested my 401k with them in 2022 $149k then Surprise! I got $78k worth of precious metals. They gave me a song and dance that the ********* holding my physical metals on report the Spot price melting price, Bid and Asking price, which is all a gimmick to confuse old ladies like me. Then they put the fear of God in youthe dollar is crashing, your money will be worth nothingits all to part you and your moneybunch of crooks ban together.

**************** was good except for the information about pricing. When I received my receipt with pricing, and did research I found that I was over charged by at least 20$ a coin compared to other companies. I should have done more research before but I trusted the company and the high reviews. The pricing for a 2 oz ******** twin leaf I was charged ***** a coin truly not a good deal on Aug. 28th. and with the purchase of 481 coins, I truly feel taken advantage of.

I should have done a lot more research. They sounded very sincere and honest. I purchased my gold and silver near the end of last year. I never asked what their markups were. I contacted them regarding selling some of my gold and silver and discussed it with them today. I'm down over 20% from about October last year.
