    The company has a system in place that makes coming aboard easy and care free. From working with Brennan on the Sales team to Nate with the On-Board team. The program has been simple for the employees to use. The dashboard provides valuable information to help keep an eye how the employees are doing with review requests and how we're growing with reviews. Replying to reviews takes little to no time as we're able to set up an automated reply or choose to reply with a more personable response. Through BirdEye we have set up a text chat on the web site which is helpful for people that have a question and prefer not to speak to someone. We look forward to working with BirdEye and watching the business grow with reviews. Thank you BirdEye!

    Every time I receive a cal from a BirdEye representative I can be sure it will be a friendly experience. The person is always knowledgeable and kind. However this does not apply to the sales staff. I was told that all would be automated and that I would not have to do anything after set up was completed. Now I here that Authenticom needs me to do a report of sales every other day or so. I thought it was to be BirdEye connecting to my inventory management service to retrieve the information needed. Nope, I get to do that......

    "Having experts in this industry helping lead you is a great resource." What do you like best about Birdeye? I love it when BirdEye adds new features to keep up with the everchanging industry! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike when other competitors are also using the same reputation management tool. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Talk with BirdEye and competing vendors to find the tool that meets your needs at the best value. BirdEye is currently the tool that meets the needs of our company. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy management of responding to reviews within the tool.

    "BirdEye Business Boomer" What do you like best about Birdeye? While we love the core functionality of the BirdEye Application (easy reviews) the new Inbox is excellent. Having the ability to be in front of potential customers as they are on your website and providing valuable feedback is key to our business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not much. Really has to do with the new "integrations" Inbox. The AI (Robin) only pulls from the business profile page. So to really AI. Would be nice to have custom scripts based off keywords. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: There is a saying in the marketing world.. "reviews are like the Willy Wonka golden ticket." it didn't take long for executives to see the benefit, and it won't take long for any other company. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Number one problem solved would be instant contact with potential customer. With web chat, problem solved.

    Easy listing management Pros: It makes it fast and easy to update my listing information. Their account management team is extremely responsive and helpful. Cons: I wish BirdEye didn't rely on another third party, and had the ability to work with Yelp so I don't have to update Yelp manually Overall: As someone who manages hundreds of listings, BirdEye helps me make sure all my listings are up to date. My team likes the ability to easily reply to reviews, and see all of our reviews in one place.

    "Great Experience" What do you like best about Birdeye? The support given by the company is excellent. I rarely have any issues but when I do they are quick to help. I like it because it makes it easy for clients to leave review without me having to initiate the review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't like that there is not an option to leave a google review. I have my birdeye reviews and no google reviews.. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Just not having to follow up on reviews. Save time. Plus I get to see where I am excelling and where I need do more work.

    "Birdeye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? They are great to work with and they have helped us to increase our online reviews effortlessly. Customer service is great as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some of their features should be further tested before releasing to their clients. The text message feature works great now but had issues during setup. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We struggled getting clients to leave us reviews and Birdeye has decreased the time I had to spend emailing and texting clients for reviews. We have more than doubled our 5 star reviews in just a couple short months.

    "Informative" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is easy to use. We get feedback from our clients that we wouldn't otherwise receive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing. So far Birdeye has exceeded my expectations. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: BirdEye is an excellent tool for clients to provide feedback of the services provided to them. I would highly recommend BirdEye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get our clients feedback on the services we provided.

    "Makes it easier for your client's to leave reviews!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use. I like being able to send our clients a link to their phone and email that takes them right to our Google and Facebook pages. I also love the message section and how it complies the messages from all of our platforms in the same spot. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes it is still hard to get reviews from our clients. If you added an incentive option that would be great. If we could add an instant e-gift card for Starbucks or something like that once they give us a review I feel like we could get a lot more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting a lot more reviews than we could have before without this system. We are also very quick to respond to messages because we get a notification email and the app notifies us as well.

The pricing may be a little high for small business owners who would like to sign up for BirdEye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would advise others to take advantage of the amazing trainings given by the BirdEye Staff. It makes understanding the website a lot easier. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get honest reviews from clients to see what areas the firm needs to improve on.
