"Birdeye is a solid platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? We signed up for Birdeye to aggregate reviews from around the web. It's a good monitoring platform for us and we have used it to acquire direct reviews as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I am not sure what I dislike. For what they offer it's a good platform. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We didn't have a platform to aggregate reviews from other review websites. Birdeye has solved that for us.

"Great Results!!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We started using BirdEye only a few short months ago. Our sales rep and on-boarding specialist worked with us to automate the process, something that has saved me so much time! We have also seen results very quickly. In the few months we have been using the program, we have earned over 75 reviews, and have increased our Google rating by +0.1! In addition, the platform is very easy to use, and customer support is fantastic - prompt helpful service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Initially, we were hesitant to sign up due to the 1 year commitment. I wish there would have been a 6 month commitment option, or a way to try out the program before committing. It would have provided more peace of mind! However, I am very happy with the program and do not have any reservations about our 1 year commitment now, since I have been able to see how effectively it has worked for our business. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are working on keeping up with some local competitors on the number of reviews and overall rating, specifically on Google. So far, this has allowed us to play some "catch up" so that we appear just as "big" online as some of our competitors are.

"BirdEye centralizes reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it very easy to monitor and track customer reviews across many platforms. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing that I dislike about BirdEye What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We immediately get alerted when anyone reviews our company or products across the internet. When we get a less than favorable review we are able to immediately respond to the reviewer and address their issue. After we have resolved their issue they usually will take down their less than favorable review and/or replace it with a positive one. This helps us keep our customers and business partners happy and average rating high.

"Great program at a great price" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is able to provide exactly what I need for my small business at a great price! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I occasionally get calls during our off-season about canceling since we have fewer reviews. I don't want to cancel, it's just slow during those times. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Just spend an hour speaking to a consultant. They're extremely helpful and actually listen to you. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get a better idea of areas of improvement for our business and I am able to follow-up with those individuals and improve their future experiences.

Nothing...everything always wonderful and easy to use. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great way to use wonderful reviews on our social media sites and address concerns more quickly with patients.

"Good software for obtaining reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? User friendly, patients have little trouble sending in reviews. Reviews sent automatically and little thought has to go into it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Could be cheaper. Software has changed a couple times so it requires updates but those are done by customer service fairly painlessly. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Obtaining reviews which increases new patient flow as new patients are able to see the good experiences current patients have had.

"Birdeye Reviews improve Google search" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that they have taken the fuss out of trying to convince patients to go online and give us reviews. We no longer have to beg patients for this much needed real time feedback. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's not anything that I don't like. They are wonderful at what they do! Wonderful service. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Strongly recommend. You won't be disappointed! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting better rankings from Google and when people go to look at a dentist with great reviews, we are the first ones that they call.

"An Evolution Takes Shape" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the idea of getting reviews for my clients. Often, they use the "free" ones, but there is not strategy inherent in that. Instead, BirdEye has created a strategy for making reviews work, integrating it in social media and business platforms like QuickBooks to stay on top of a company's positive reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not everyone can afford you. Smaller companies forego this need because it can be overwhelming for startups. Perhaps there could be special scholarships for startups to get in on the technology of BirdEye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Companies that are at least 2 years old should definitely consider BirdEye. I understand that startups might hesitate because of the cost, but in the end, it will be worth it. However, startups might have a harder time getting high rankings unless they have invested a lot into their company at the start. Often many do not, so just being honest in evaluating BirdEye as a tool for companies with more experience. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting instant responses from our clients and staying on top of our relationships to give better service.

"Improve your Business Reputation" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use. Quick and easy to send a text to either a potential client that had a great call or closed client. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish Birdeye had chatbots that were more tailored to specific businesses. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are looking for a rating system for clients that are very easy for them to utilize right from their cellphones then Birdeye might be a good fit for your business. We get very quick responses due to the fact that clients seem to respond faster to text messages rather than emails. Text messaging really works best. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Client Reputation awareness has gone up and we are now able to communicate via text in our area code with our clients without the need of using our personal cell phones.

"Best Review Software" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like their text capability to get reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's nothing I can say that I dislike about BirdEye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've definitely received more reviews because of BirdEye and we're able to interact with them quicker due to the chat widget.

"Easy customer reviews and cross platform integration" What do you like best about Birdeye? I loved the setup process. From the first phone call to sending out our first campaign, everyone at BirdEye was professional, positive and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish the website integrations were more customizable. We are limited to choosing two display options and can really only adjust the colour of the element. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I used to spend hours emailing back and forth with people in an attempt to get a review. BirdEye takes care of this process for me with easy to manage campaigns and automatic reminders.

"Great tool for managing brand reputation" What do you like best about Birdeye? I have found that being able to send out a simple text asking for reviews has been very useful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is a little bit of a learning curve, but our BirdEye rep is available to answer questions when I have them. I have found that it just takes some dedicated time in the software to become familiar with the tools. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I recommend BirdEye for organizations looking to increase reviews online. It is also a great program to keep track of brand reputation. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a tool that would help us boost the number of reviews for our organization. We are already seeing results.

"Birdeye Exceeds Expectations" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is incredibly successful in producing a high quantity of online reviews for both of our dental practices. Birdeye has increased our Google and FB online reviews easily by 500%. Additionally, their customer service is second to none. We recently installed a significant upgrade to our practice management software platform (Dentrix). Unknown to me, this upgrade severed Birdeye's connection with our server. Birdeye did not wait for us to discover this for ourselves. They called and emailed us to schedule a time to remote into or servers to get Birdeye working again. Very proactive service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly, I was a bit taken aback by the monthly cost at first. However, Birdeye's success and their proactive and effective customer service team have completely won me over. I now view the monthly cost as one of the best values ever. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has solved the problem of getting sufficient online reviews. Our reviews are overwhelmingly five star, but there have been a handful (fingers of one hand) of reviews less than five that Birdeye has effectively buried. We love that.

"Great company to assist in generating reviews quickly" What do you like best about Birdeye? We are able to export hundreds of customers per month to them and have them generate review request in a timely manner and give the consumer multiple platforms to respond through. Customer service is very easy to work with as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Unable to automatically pull from our system. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No current problems with them, and the benefits have been great in reaching more customers to help generate a positive light to consumers reading reviews left.

"Seamless Path for Meaningful Feedback and Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the way BirdEye software integrates with our office management database. Once set up with the help of the BirdEye crew, its functionality has been flawless. Our patients now have the opportunity to provide our office feedback in a very simple and easy way. Instant notification of a new comment has allowed our team to immediately reinforce the reviewer's kind words or address any concern they may voice. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes, Windows and Office Management software require updates. We have to be sure BirdEye is functional after other software updates are complete. Simple, easy... still one more step. No biggie. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Excellent means of relationship building and outreach! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our whole team has been uplifted by implementation of BirdEye and have gone the extra mile to improve their care and service to EARN each and every positive review. It has been a pleasure to witness this collective improvement. The positive ripple effect of the BirdEye strategy has improved relationship building through our practice. Good news spreading ultimately yields growth and profitability of the business side of our practice. Wish BirdEye integrated with Yelp.

"Great" What do you like best about Birdeye? Very straightforward to use unlike other platforms. I like the notifications you get, as well, once someone has reviewed. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have only entered review requests manually so training on how to do batches would be helpful. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It did give us reviews that showed up when you googled our agency which we did not have prior. I think it adds validity to our business.

Getting noticed for the remarkable reviews! Pros: I like the way that this software manages the activity on the reviews requested. The dashboard is easy to navigate for reports as well as communication history on review requests down to the clicks!! Unfamiliarity to a certain function should not make you hesitant to ask for assistance as is it is easy access to a chat feature which is managed by top notch customer service reps. Cons: With continued use i may come up with a con but none have appeared to date!

"Our Reviews Tripled" What do you like best about Birdeye? We started with BirdEye about a year ago and we are so happy with the results! We were having a hard time getting Google reviews and now we get at least one a day, usually more. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it for the amount of reviews we get now. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have seen a dramatic increase in reviews which we struggled with obtaining before.

My BirdEye View Overall I am extremely pleased with Birdeye and will be a lifetime user of their products. Pros It’s easy to use for both businesses and consumers. My online reputation has grown drastically since I started using it. The mobile app makes it convenient and simple. Cons There are a few functions that I haven’t figured out how to use and I believe I may not be getting the most bang for my buck.

"Very pleased with Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is so simple to use to begin collecting reviews. The training and support have been very good as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not found any features that I dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are looking for a way to insurance your patients/clients take the time to give you an all important review, this seems to be the best way. The review requests are send directly to the patient and they just take a moment to review and we are notified and have a chance to respond. Very easy and it is working for us! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? In the past we have not been successful in getting our patients to give us a review on their own. The Birdeye system makes it easy for patients to give us a review. Even if they do not want to write anything, they can simply use a Star rating. Looking at the number of review we now have on Google, it is solving the issue and the benefit for us will be moving up on the Google page.
