Easy to use Pros: Simple to use. Just put in a name, email, or phone number in and press submit. Cons: I cant think of any cons while I have used BirdEye. Overall: Overall we have seen many more reviews because of BirdEye.

Great product, EXCEPTIONAL training! Pros: I like that it's visually friendly. The dashboard is a great way to see an overview of everything happening, and where our company stands in each aspect. The training is exceptional! Very thorough, helping me understand the complete functionality of the platform. Cons: So far, so good! I really don't have any complaints! Overall: This is a great tool for gaining better company reviews. It eliminates the need to do the research it takes to create reports, find out where we're lagging, etc...

"Our online reputation management problem finally solved" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye integrates seamlessly with our PMS and has automated what we were trying to do manually for some time. Not only are we able to get timely feedback from our patients to ensure quality delivery of care but it also has done a fantastic job in capturing our patients positive experiences especially with Google reviews. Wish we had engaged with Birdeye sooner! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike about this company. VERY much customer oriented through training and implementation and current support. Only downside was signing on with the company literally as pandemic hit and Google temporarily shut down patient reviews for about a month. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are now able to monitor our online reputation with very comprehensive dashboard tools and take prompt corrective action in our practice should we have any negative patient expereiences.

"Amazing Results!" What do you like best about Birdeye? How quickly it got us reviews and how consistent it stays. We had less than 20 reviews that had been there for some time before getting on Birdeye. Not even a year later we are 6 reviews away from 100. I don't think we expected for it to work this well. This also makes it so easy for us to make text and email campaigns and track their results. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not being able to share on Healthgrades automatically like it does to social media. Being a doctor's office this would help a lot. I would also like to be able to stop the notifications during after hour times. I could put the mobile notifications on silent during the weekend but that means I have to remember early Monday to put them back on. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more information out there about our practice through experienced patients has been a big help. A lot of people would wonder about our approach and question it. With more reviews about it, it's easier to understand so it brings in more patients with more confidence in our methods.

The API for the tool is weirdly architected and very poorly documented. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: The engagement with your account rep is critical. If building custom integrations, allow a little more time than you normally would to build it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer surveys have been automated.

"Best Review System!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is the best review system around! It has helped greatly with my practice, Renaissance Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The company has a very modern system that is very easy to integrate and sends out notifications that clients actually want to respond. Birdeye has easily met my expectations! Effective Review Management Pros: Ease of use; Ability to run SMS and/or Email campaigns; Robust campaign customization; Integration with multiple review channels Cons: Campaign set up could have been a little more intuitive but the support team and doc library was great when it came to answering any questions we had. Overall: Our agency has really enjoyed working with BirdEye. It's proved to be a very effective way to manage the review process for our clients - and has yielded some great results.

"Works well for our direct Sales Company" What do you like best about Birdeye? The level of reporting all the way down to the Sales Professional level is great, and the support staff is very helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? When you create a ticket of a review, you have to go back into the ticketing window and assign it. I wish that you could do both at the same time. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to increase our review count as well as see customer service issues before they reach the review stage.

"One Stop Shop for Review Management" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is easy to use. It's nice to link all your Google, FB, BBB, TrustPilot and other sites all into one review management system. It is easy to reply just on BirdEye so you don't have to login to all the other accounts. It is an easy way to reply to direct feedback as well. I like the option to send a pre-written reply that is already saved. Easy to use the drop-down click and go. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there was a way to link up with Yelp. Uploading the excel sheet to BirdEye takes me a few tries. I wish that was easier. We are trying to look into the BirdEye API to link our database so staff knows when reviews and sent and returned. Also, we need to look into the API to add reviews and clients easier. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Overall it is a great system. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The platform looks great over email and text to our clients. It is nice to have everything in one spot. We are thinking of maybe trying BirdEye for employee reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor but we haven't quite figured that out yet.

"I love Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the amount of reviews it is creating for our practice along with how it notifies us when a review is left. What do you dislike about Birdeye? As of right now I do not have anything that I dislike about the program. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I wish that when Birdeye sends me a text that we received a review that when I click on it that the reviews we get would be up to date. I have done this and the new review is not always listed, even when it is in chronological order or time. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving if their is a patient upset and they reach out to us about it, it allows us to better get in contact with the patient to resolve the concern.

"Excellent Reviews Services" What do you like best about Birdeye? Our company was looking for a way to display our reviews on our company website and Birdeye does an excellent job of providing the right tools (Documentations, APIs, Widgets) for us to implement the easy way. The customer support is excellent and they are always willing to work with us to customize our campaigns. Highly Recommended! What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't much to say here. Maybe the only thing will be that I would like to see more color options of the review widgets, but overall our technical team was able to successfully customize the styling to match our branding. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Was not easy to find a Google review widget that we could customize and insert into our website. Birdeye makes the implementation and customization a breeze!
