    Himanshu was awesome! Not only was he quick to respond, but he identified the issue and took it a step further to assist in uploading the missing contacts in question. He could have easily told me to upload them, but he offered to take care of it for us. That is the kind of customer experience we look for. Nice job!

    It turned out that I was correct that there had been a system issue and our records had not been processed on the day in question. And there was some confusion by the representative about how records are updated when new events are submitted. It appears to me that you do not share outage events with your technical team in a sufficiently transparent way - doing so would help out a lot.
