"Birdeye is amazing!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like Birdeye because keeps us focuses on our clients after the job is done. The interface is great ,user friendly, easy to use and all of the information into easy to understand reports. I have already recommended Birdeye to my friends. Great job Birdeye! It have made sending review links to customers so easy and has given me more time.

"Very effective communication" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is great for patient to office communications. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish the integration between Facebook was better. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Would love to see more advanced integrations with more social media applications What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to see how the world views our practice and what can be improved on from our end.

"Very good basic functionality!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Consolidating review scores by channel, and making it easy to find reviews with a search function. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I do not dislike Birdeye at all; I just have suggestions for more advanced functionality. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping us identify user issues early on, and get these distributed to the larger team on an ongoing basis! This helps us improve the user experience more quickly and have a shared understanding of some of the issues.

It is rare that a company responds and provides you data that you request in a matter of a few minutes. Easy and correct. I love it!

I was very skeptical when I first heard all of the features that Birdeye offered. To me it sounded overwhelming but I am so happy right now because it has made things so much easier. This is an amazing platform and it is user friendly and all of the staff is happy.

Not receiving our monthly receipt for payment in an email. Even though we've requested it several times. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, but benefits are the ease that our customers can chat with us or send a quick message.

"Best Investment We Made In 2020" What do you like best about Birdeye? We have more patients than ever leaving reviews and it is completely automated. We also saw how many sites had inconsistent demographics on our business prior to Birdeye correcting them. We have improved our SEO as a direct result of the changes. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We don't dislike anything about Birdeye. It took a couple tries to find the right settings, as far as timing, for sending review requests out to patients that would garner the most responses. However, that isn't a flaw in their system. I am sure it is different for each practice based on your patients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have patients complaining about it being difficult to leave reviews because the process doesn't require visiting multiple sites or having to log into different accounts. We have more new patients calling stating that they saw all of our great reviews and that is what led them to call our office.

Birdeye made it so much easier to communicate with the patient through text message, therefore we can confirm appointment and have small conversations with the patient without calling them. So much easier in todays time. You can also send your patient a review form through birdeye, which is super simple to do. Love birdeye...Easy to use and someone is also there if you need help doing anything through birdeye.
