Ajay went above and beyond. I put in a ticket to grab a list of my clients' connections and he called me shortly after (I would say 5 minutes after I put in my ticket) to explain to me how I can use the sheet he sent over to help my clients. To me, that was above and beyond and he explained things very clearly and answered all of my questions. I've sent a few tickets through Ajay and he always goes the extra mile. ??

Nidhi was very kind, informative and had helped me out immensely with my issue. The best part was that she followed up with me 2 days later to make sure everything was working alright. I found her to be exceptional in her customer service and very thorough in solving the crazy problems that were thrown at her! I wish her good luck with her career, and i think she is an asset for Birdeye!
