    "Great Results in a Short Time!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I have been using BirdEye for a couple months now. In just a short time, I have seen a 280% increase in reviews, a 20% increase in views on Google and a 16% increase in calls from Google. I also dove into my keyword analytics and saw that the average position on Google across all keywords was 11.89 places higher and more specifically, non-brand searches improved 14.51 positions. I believe there are several factors that went into this but here are my top two. 1) While we already had an excellent rating, we are now getting more frequent and recent reviews - which Google likes to see. 2) Our listings are now accurate which I couldn't manage by myself. So far I am very pleased with the results and look forward to seeing more results as time goes on! What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are few things with Mass Texting and Inbox that could be improved. But I am happy to say that they are very responsive to feedback and have already started implementing some of my suggestions. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get more reviews more often - so my Google Ranking is improving. I now have accurate listings across the internet. I have the ability to send mass texts to my customers for special events and sales. I can see how my stores are ranking compared to competitors in my area - based on what customers are saying in their reviews.

    "Impressive and Effective Software" What do you like best about Birdeye? The software is seamless with comprehensive analytics and a foolproof strategy to target completed jobs. We have been using it exclusively for reviews and referrals. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Our CRM does not integrate to Birdeye so I have to upload our completed jobs manually thru excel, but that is more of an issue with our CRM than Birdeye.     "Birdeye gets the job done!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is pretty self explanatory. It makes it very easy for me to manuever from one area to another. Whether it's me logging on through my desktop or using my app on my iphone. I like with one easy button I can simply send a text and my client leaves a review. I also like that I can review my own reviews or colleagues of mine as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike. Birdeye was designed pretty simple. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is pretty self explanatory. It makes it very easy for me to manuever from one area to another. Whether it's me logging on through my desktop or using my app on my iphone. I like with one easy button I can simply send a text and within seconds my client leaves a review. I also like that I can review my own reviews or colleagues of mine as well. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving my lack of reviews. I can now easily with a push of a button, send a message to a client and receive a review in return within seconds.

    "It's good idea for anyone part of a business with customer service to have something like this." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how fast it works and how many characters you can keep typing. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't like that it doesn't remain in chat mode for very long and kicks out to an email. I may get back to chatting with them, but it's difficult when I get a phone call or a distraction. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Try it out because it's worth it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's nice that even the older people that haven't chatted stay in the system and you can see their conversations from previous and look through to see what you've already talked about or maybe what you would like to remind them.

    "Birdeye is very efficient and easy to use! Would recommend!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the ease of access and layout. It is easy to navigate around the webpages and conversations, plus everything is laid out nicely so it's easy to find things. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It would be nice if conversations with prospects could be assigned to more than one person (user) so that multiple people could be notified of a response once they've talked to that person. Otherwise, you have to go in and change the assigned person since it only allows just one. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is nice to be able to effectively communicate with prospects through 'texting' them. That's the major reason that I use Birdeye. The conversations can be saved just incase we need to go back for reference. Plus, I LOVE that the texts are in real time instead of constantly needing to refresh the page over and over to see replies!

The attention from the support team from set up of a new service or education to utilize our system. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Our ability to reach out full patient list and the surveys to see what treatments are working, how best to expand our clinic.

    "Excellent Platform for Managing Reviews, Reputation Management and Interacting with Customers!" What do you like best about Birdeye? A single platform to connect with prospective and current customers; the ability to manage interactions within a single dashboard. Social Listening is incredibly insightful for our teams to understand what online users say about our communities and services, much of which we would not be familiar with or notified about without the "listening" feature. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The FAQ setup to make "Robyn" more responsive requires more information and commitment to input information than we'd prefer. Some of the information provided doesn't seem to communicate correctly to our customers when they ask a general question. We have notified the Birdeye team and are currently working on including more data for them to upload for Robyn to correct these concerns. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Resolving utilizing multiple platforms and resources to organize our customer engagement. Time saving solutions for automated/auto-generated responses to survey feedback has been valuable. Although we've had some challenges with the FAQ feature, it has been instrumental in answering some basic, repetitive questions that prospective customers often ask, including items that may be transparent on our websites and previously have required our teams to relay time and time again.

    "Great service. Great platform for managing reviews, listings, and surveys." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the ability to manage all the review sites and not just the Big 3: Facebook, Google, and Yelp. It scrapes reviews on all these sites - even some I've never even heard of! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The reporting functionality is lacking compared to others. Would like a customizable, packaged report versus having to create one myself. It's also not as intuitive as I would hope. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to listen to all nooks and crannies of the internet to manage our reputation. The surveys help us determine how our customers feel about products and services. Also using it to manage our listings and make sure those are accurate.

    "Easy to use, huge bump in our reviews!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye was easy to set up, the customer service was great and they made sure I knew exactly how to use the platform. We've been receiving more positive reviews than we ever have in the past. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike so far! Everything has been going smoothly.     "Has increased my business significantly!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like having some control over how this works. I send off my customer lists weekly or bi-weekly, they add to the main list and send the review requests. Some businesses prefer them to do it all, but I like this way for my business. They are quick to respond on customer service as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to do with them, but I wish it was super easy and clear for customers to post reviews and I also wish reviews that are fraudulent (from non customers-not sure why people do this) could be removed. I have had one and I hate it being on my account. I reported to google and Facebook but nothing was done. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting reviews which is huge for more business-that was both a problem and Birdeye has resolved for the most part.

    "Easy to use and gets you instant results" What do you like best about Birdeye? The support team is always quick on the responses, and their sales team is always quick to set up a call if we need to ask some questions. The product itself has great UI and is easy to learn and easy to teach to other employees. What do you dislike about Birdeye? They only downside I can think of is that the review requests we sent out don't come from an email with the same domain name as us. It's really nothing that important though. It still lists our company name first and then the rest is @Birdeye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Give it a shot! I was skeptical of it all at first but I'm glad we tried it out. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Having Birdeye has helped us increase our number of positive reviews to help offset the negative reviews that people would leave us for invalid reasons.

    "Great marketing tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is easy to use. You do not need to be a computer wizard to know how to use it. Also you get to respond to those who visit your website and turn those visitors into clients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No downside as of yet, it is easy to use and integrate with your website. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are capturing all the visitors to our website and also clients are leaving reviews once we settle their case.

    "Best Review Site!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Everything is all in the same place. I don't have to login to different platforms to respond to each review. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have Birdeye. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly, there isn't anything that I don't like. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: You shouldn't even have to think about your decision, if you don't already have Birdeye then you need it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves me so much time and I get an email letting me know when I have a new review to respond to.

I wish the ability to manage comments was more integrated within the dashboard. Most common changes involve us reviewing what caused the guests' problems and how we can solve it before their visit. For example, better or easier information on our website or in confirmation letters.
