    "Wow such a great app, far more feedback!" What do you like best about Birdeye? As a small firm, BirdEye helped our economy succeed. Since we moved to BirdEye services, our customer service is more vigilant than ever. The SMS function is thier top choice, as a good number of people like me prefer to hook up through text. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The way that receptionist messages works is the only thing that I don't like. We obtain put on hold alerts and sometimes, whenever someone starts trying to chat together through our blog, we will never receive messages. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: For a small company like BirdEye seems to have been useful. We have behind the stage a big factory, so it starts to look as though we have our it to further services to customers. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to better communicate with clients who want to use text. It should let the consumer know that someone else will help them, mostly because of the text message feature we would never lose a client anymore. You can consider leaving our website and receive the help you need.

    I found Birdeye to be great. That are very dedicated, hard-working people. True to their word, they followed up and made sure I was onboarded well and I was left with all the tools you need to make things work. I recommend them very highly. I Thank you, Birdeye.

It used to be very tough for patients to give us reviews on major search engines, but now with birdeye, it is much easier for the patients to share their great experience with us and we get many more reviews.

    "Easy to use and lots of benefits" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of sending and receiving reviews. Also the dashboard keeps you updated nicely. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The updated version of sending out campaigns is not as user friendly as the old way. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting reviews from customers and showing our strengths.

    "Over 100 Reviews in 9 months!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We implemented BirdEye in March for three of our assets and then added several more in November. In 9 months we received over 100 5-star reviews across multiple platforms. The auto-templates and timing of the review requests work and get results. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The performance reviews feel like they turn into sales pitches for more products. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are saving time and efforts by having Birdeye take the lead on reviews. Reviews and word of mouth are incredibly beneficial in creating your brand and gaining residents.

    very expensive. Worth having for helping improve your online listings and maybe review scores but wow. this isn't cheap by far! not really worth the long contract.

    "Great system!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple to use and it works. When we tried implementing another system the challenge was getting employees to utilize it. Birdeye was easy to roll out and has continued to work well for us. What do you dislike about Birdeye?     "You need Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that the links are setup and ready to go once the job is complete. It's easy to use. I also like that we've doubled our reviews in 6 months! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish it integrated with Acculynx, our CRM What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problem of not getting reviews because the clients are happy and got what they wanted to giving a review is the last thing on their mind. By Birdeye simplifying the process, more clients are willing to tell the world what they think.

    "Maximum Efficiency with BirdEye" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye organizes all online reviews in one place. We are able to monitor, reply to online reviews on the dashboard, and also we can automate the online review requests with a very user-friendly platform. BirdEye integrates with Rent Manager and that has helped us automate the online reviews requests and surveys that give us insights for improvement after a move-in or service oder closed. Vinshal Vats, from the support team has been very helpful with all the requests we have made. Thank you! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Yelp is not fully integrated with BirdEye. This is the only site that I have to log in to be able to reply to a review received, I'm able to monitor it on BirdEye but the reply must be manually entered on the Yelp profile. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted to activate the online listings monitoring and BirdEye found that another vendor had our listings connected. BirdEye provided the contact information of Yext and I was able to clear the information with them to finally activate the feature with BirdEye. This will benefit us to make sure we have everything consistent and correct on the web.

    "Great Platform, AMAZING Customer Service!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I was very impressed with the ease of use of the platform, even before the walk-through with one of their representatives. Their team is extremely helpful and proficient; explaining things in a way that really helped me grasp the functionality of every feature within the platform. Birdeye has been a major factor in boosting our online ratings. From adding users to assign to reviews to the option to send a pre-written reply, this platform has everything we need! What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far, so good! I haven't experienced anything I've disliked. Again, I want to emphasize the excellence of their customer service! Very impressed!! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is a must for any company that understands the necessity of achieving and maintaining a high online rating. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? This tool has been extremely useful for management, providing a better understanding of their team's strengths and weaknesses. This gives us the ability to dive further into areas where we could provide better support for our customers. Having the ability to reach out to our customers directly after a call to ask for a review has helped with our overall company rating which is great since people are more likely to leave a review if they've had a bad experience as opposed to a good one. With Birdeye, our customer service team can send out a link to the customer they've just had a conversation with, while the conversation is still fresh on their mind.

    The review service is fantastic! BirdEye makes it easy for patients to write reviews. However, the referral service is complicated and patients haven’t been using it.

    "Reviews are going great! " What do you like best about Birdeye? We were having a hard time with getting customer reviews organically. We like Birdeye because they have a tactical way of reaching out to the customers without feeling like it an inconvenience. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Online chat could be improved with more options - maybe have option to text to keep chat on computer. Our customers may not want to input their information right away. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Educate employees more about each individual product before they go out an sell! More cohesive communication between sales, training, and management. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Online reputation is important an the more we work with BirdEye the more reviews that are coming in! It is very easy to share one review to other social media/search providers and that convenience is the number one reason we have gone with BirdEye. The dashboard is easy to use!
