    "BirdEye Ramps Up the Reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye provides a nice seamless method for pushing out reviews, increasing not only the quantity of reviews to legitimize the results, but also increases the quality of the review ratings through their deliver method. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The option to "Contact us directly" instead of "Please take a moment to leave a review" occasionally guide people to leave a great comment that doesn't get included in your overall rating. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Would like an easier method for updating our employees/staff linked with each office, though BirdEye Support offered to do this for us, we prefer to be self sufficient when possible. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye not only provides us with marketing material by supplying us with data we can use to tout our company, but it also gives us an avenue to receive constructive criticism from our patients which helps us improve our service.

    "Overall has been a great experience and added value to our office" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of use, and patient response has been successful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No complaints, only one period of about 6 weeks (?) where we were not getting reviews because of a software issue. We had to contact Birdeye to make them aware of the problem. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Go for it. A valuable tool to have with your company. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The review process is easy for patients to use. We get direct feedback and are able to respond to the reviewer easily as well.

The ability to get direct feedback from patients without them having to post a review and sending the specified patient groups emails that relate to them What do you dislike about Birdeye? At times, the newsletters won't load on the first try, but will after I resubmit multiple times Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Checkout all the options that Birdeye has for business. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching a mass amounts of patients with one email that relates to their age group or specific needs. Reaching patients to be able to let them know if the phone lines are down and/or the office is closing due to Hurricane.

Now we get more positive results posted instead of just negative reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Cannot integrate with Yelp for replies but, this isn't Birdeye's fault. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving Google My Business reviews and showing our customers how we shine.

    "We have grown with Birdeye" What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service is amazing! Every time I have called I have they have been prompt, kind and gone above and beyond! What do you dislike about Birdeye? They used to be less expensive for me when they were associated with Legwork. But I love it so much I paid extra to continue when that partnership folded. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I looked at all of their competitors and even tried a few but have loved BirdEye the best. We are thankful for the partnership!     "Excellent Program for Obtaining Reviews, Customer Feedback, and Cleaning Up Location Data" What do you like best about Birdeye? The 2 main reasons we use Birdeye are for location data clean up, and Google Reviews. With the number of projects we have, and the small team with which to do them, it is impossible to make sure that our store location data is accurate across dozens of websites. Birdeye makes this a snap to maintain this data across the Web. We also wanted to increase our Google Review count to assist customers in finding us, and making important purchasing decisions based on peer reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I only have one gripe with Birdeye and that would be the cost. It's not unique to Birdeye, however. We reviewed all the major review platforms (Podium is probably their largest competitor) and they are all pricey. Since it's all software based, and really, not as complex as other SaaS solutions, I expect this cost to either go down as there are more entrants into the space, or new services be added to justify the cost. Birdeye appears to be heading in the direction of adding services and increasing the value of their offering. I can continue to justify the cost (or increase in cost) if I am able to grow my ROI. Up to this point, we've been given a lot of personal attention from 'real' people. Which is so much nicer than always being redirected to a forum or help page--which is a frustrating trend for many SaaS companies. Our Account Manager is very responsive and provides updates on the progress of our program. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are cleaning up our location data, learning more about what our customers like/dislike at branches so we can continually improve, and are seeing an increase in Google traffic directed to these stores.

    Birdeye made it so much easier to communicate with the patient through text message, therefore we can confirm appointment and have small conversations with the patient without calling them. So much easier in todays time. You can also send your patient a review form through birdeye, which is super simple to do. Love birdeye...Easy to use and someone is also there if you need help doing anything through birdeye.

    "Best Investment We Made In 2020" What do you like best about Birdeye? We have more patients than ever leaving reviews and it is completely automated. We also saw how many sites had inconsistent demographics on our business prior to Birdeye correcting them. We have improved our SEO as a direct result of the changes. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We don't dislike anything about Birdeye. It took a couple tries to find the right settings, as far as timing, for sending review requests out to patients that would garner the most responses. However, that isn't a flaw in their system. I am sure it is different for each practice based on your patients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have patients complaining about it being difficult to leave reviews because the process doesn't require visiting multiple sites or having to log into different accounts. We have more new patients calling stating that they saw all of our great reviews and that is what led them to call our office.
