    "Maximum Efficiency with BirdEye" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye organizes all online reviews in one place. We are able to monitor, reply to online reviews on the dashboard, and also we can automate the online review requests with a very user-friendly platform. BirdEye integrates with Rent Manager and that has helped us automate the online reviews requests and surveys that give us insights for improvement after a move-in or service oder closed. Vinshal Vats, from the support team has been very helpful with all the requests we have made. Thank you! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Yelp is not fully integrated with BirdEye. This is the only site that I have to log in to be able to reply to a review received, I'm able to monitor it on BirdEye but the reply must be manually entered on the Yelp profile. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted to activate the online listings monitoring and BirdEye found that another vendor had our listings connected. BirdEye provided the contact information of Yext and I was able to clear the information with them to finally activate the feature with BirdEye. This will benefit us to make sure we have everything consistent and correct on the web.

    "Great Platform, AMAZING Customer Service!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I was very impressed with the ease of use of the platform, even before the walk-through with one of their representatives. Their team is extremely helpful and proficient; explaining things in a way that really helped me grasp the functionality of every feature within the platform. Birdeye has been a major factor in boosting our online ratings. From adding users to assign to reviews to the option to send a pre-written reply, this platform has everything we need! What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far, so good! I haven't experienced anything I've disliked. Again, I want to emphasize the excellence of their customer service! Very impressed!! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is a must for any company that understands the necessity of achieving and maintaining a high online rating. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? This tool has been extremely useful for management, providing a better understanding of their team's strengths and weaknesses. This gives us the ability to dive further into areas where we could provide better support for our customers. Having the ability to reach out to our customers directly after a call to ask for a review has helped with our overall company rating which is great since people are more likely to leave a review if they've had a bad experience as opposed to a good one. With Birdeye, our customer service team can send out a link to the customer they've just had a conversation with, while the conversation is still fresh on their mind.

    The review service is fantastic! BirdEye makes it easy for patients to write reviews. However, the referral service is complicated and patients haven’t been using it.

    "Reviews are going great! " What do you like best about Birdeye? We were having a hard time with getting customer reviews organically. We like Birdeye because they have a tactical way of reaching out to the customers without feeling like it an inconvenience. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Online chat could be improved with more options - maybe have option to text to keep chat on computer. Our customers may not want to input their information right away. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Educate employees more about each individual product before they go out an sell! More cohesive communication between sales, training, and management. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Online reputation is important an the more we work with BirdEye the more reviews that are coming in! It is very easy to share one review to other social media/search providers and that convenience is the number one reason we have gone with BirdEye. The dashboard is easy to use!

    Great Brand Reputation Management Partner Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye primarily for brand reputation management and curation of online reviews. We use it across our entire organization and have built it into our front-line staff's workflows when assisting our members. It has significantly impacted our online brand presence, since prior to working with Birdeye we had virtually no online reviews out there. Pros - Their support is excellent. Always fast and efficient. -Implementation was easy and fast. You are assigned an implementation manager to get everything connected. -Birdeye is constantly innovating and creating new value through added features and functionality. They're much more than just online review curation. Cons - There really are no cons in terms of functionality. -It can be a bit pricey depending on your industry and how many locations you have. Likelihood to Recommend - I would highy recommend Birdeye to any company or industry that is actively searching to incorporate a proactive brand reputation management strategy for their organization. Return on Investment - It has helped us grow our organic website traffic among new users. -It has significantly helped our member experience department in communicating with members and addressing concerns. -Birdeye has helped us achieve our brand reputation management goals. Alternatives Considered - Podium - Birdeye was as robust as Podium, however, when we evaluated them, there was a significant cost savings for basically the same functionality. Other Software Used - Basecamp Usability - It is very simple to use. And if there's something you're confused about, their support is fast and responsive and can walk you through any of the features. Support Rating - Support is excellent. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. If there's an issue that is more in depth, your ticket will be escalated and addressed quickly.

    "One of the best customer service team" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye helped our company grow as a small business. Our customer service has been more proactive than ever since we switched to BirdEye services. The text messaging feature is my favorite, because like me, a lot of customers prefers to connect via text. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only thing I don’t like is the way the receptionist voice messaging works. We receive delayed notifications and there will be times that we never receive any notification at all when someone tries to chat with us a through our website. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: BirdEye has been helpful for a small businesses like. We have a small operation behind the scene, but it makes us look like we have our own call center services. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us communicate better to customers who prefers to use text messaging. It also let’s the customer know that someone will assist them, and we will never miss a client anymore because of the text messaging feature. They can leave our website and still get the assistance they need.

    The Reputation Game Done Right. Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We currently use Birdeye internally and externally for all of our reputation management client base. Pros - Ease of use/CX -The wealth of data you can pull -Insights Cons - Functionality with platform APIs -Ability to respond natively to platforms aside from Google and Facebook -Reporting! Please make them look client-ready instead of being so .csv-heavy. Likelihood to Recommend - As I've not used other platforms much, I'm inclined to think Birdeye does what it does well and better than most. Bringing Birdeye to a client immediately sets them at ease for the tasks at hand. Return on Investment - We've maintained clients for years at a time and been able to leverage this service for other digital offerings. -Birdeye's reporting can sometimes be at the mercy of the platforms it monitors. -Noting GMB's reviews tab makes me wonder what else Birdeye can offer in this space to entice clients. Usability - I've had to train 4-5 people on Birdeye and each time, folks leave with a full understanding of how to interact. Support Rating - Support can always be better. I feel like there are shifts in leads at Birdeye all the time and it's hard to create a relationship with someone only to then be told you're being re-assigned. Would be nice to stick it through with someone for more time than a year or less. Not sure of the varying degrees of support and what's offered based on how much you spend with Birdeye, but that seems to be a heavy factor on the outside looking in.

    "We switched to Birdeye and should have done it earlier!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We were using another major provider of review requests and website chat. We were having a lot of unresolved software issues with the mobile app and couldn't sell our people on using the technology. We switched and everything is working seamlessly! Everyone on our end is happy and on board. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only thing I could possibly critique is that the review requests don't integrate with our specific POS API. However, they worked us with us to find a really good alternative, so it's not really a complaint. I also wish I could limit user's access to the software to be only the messages or reviews that have been assigned to them and maybe that'll come down the pipeline later, but it's not a major issue and not a feature we had with our old provider. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've already seen an increase in reviews and constructive feedback from customers since we've implemented Birdeye. We also have a much better system of communication with our customers, which definitely helps our competitive edge in converting leads. The best part is, our staff is on board because they are comfortable with the technology and have faith in it.

    "Very well, also good." What do you like best about Birdeye? The ability to receive reviews via API and post in Microsoft Teams. We then click on them to respond in Birdeye What do you dislike about Birdeye? Most likely the messaging system. Having to use a separate number makes it not usable for us. (But that's okay) What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaining reviews and making sure they all get answered!

    "Amazing onboarding support!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness from their entire team upon joining my new employer. This platform was going to be a huge part of my responsibilities in my new position and so I wanted to learn as much as I could about using it. I emailed our account manager, Lily Scribner, who reached back out to me to schedule a phone call right away. She was able to give me a short overview of the platform and then set me up with an extensive training time with one of their specialists. When Rajat Jain contacted me, he took me through all of the most important features of the platform and how to use them. I was very interested in all of the back-end functions available to me and he spent more than an hour training me on all of the modules he felt were most important. It was fantastic learning how powerful this tool really is. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Haven't found anything that I dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Have just learned and started using this tool but already very excited about all of the possibilities with it! I have evaluated a lot of online platforms in my career and this one is super simple to use with a lot of powerful tools. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The way it seamlessly requests reviews was something our practice had been needing for some time. With this tool, we are finding that requesting reviews from our patients is incredibly fast and easy and has found a way for them to immediately post to our website and throughout the internet.
