First I want to say that every experience I have had with Birdeye support has been amazing. Jarod and Sumeet are the literal best especially because they deal with me, all my questions, and all of my requests with such poise. There are several things about Birdeye that I do not like and if it weren't for those two employees I would have put in a request to switch to something that works for what we need. I see the potential in Birdeye for sure, especially with them on your team.
