    Great Reputation Management Software Pros: Very easy to use, the App is user friendly, can respond to reviews or chats instantly. Cons: There is an occasional lag to receive reviews on the app

    "Great tool to have!" What do you like best about Birdeye? What we like best is being able to do everything in one spot, from messaging patients for reminders for appointments to be able to reply to reviews. We have also seen a rise in our reviews since joining which is amazing! Being able to message our patients the day before for a reminder has greatly improved our number of missed appointments. What do you dislike about Birdeye? One thing that we wish was an option is being able to send out a mass text message to our patients. Instead of having to send out an individual text for each patient it would be nice to be able to send out more then one text at a time. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have had a couple questions when we were first getting set up and the response time was great. Being able to get your problem resolved and not taking a long time to do so is always best.

    "Super easy and convenient to use!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how I can reply to my google, Facebook and Healthgrade reviews using just one platform! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing, we love bird eye! There is no other platform like it What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s helping us reply to reviews very quickly! I also like how i can import reviews into an excel sheet. Makes It easier to do giveaways and pick a winner!

    "An app your employees will actually use. It's quick, easy, and by far the best review service." What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is set up to where you don't have to dig for information. It's a seamless process that encourages use without the hassle. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't found anything I don't like just yet. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting our technicians to invite customers to leave reviews was like pulling teeth. Now it's simple enough that we don't need to encourage them any further.

What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would say there isn't much I dislike as it has been very user friendly. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Honestly it is the best review service you can get for your money. It is very user friendly and will get your company on the right track to receive those great 5 stars reviews. They are also posted across all platforms that you are integrated with. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reviews has been the number one problem we solved. The links are very simple and easy for the customer to understand.

    "Game Changer!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The feedback gate process is incredible at helping us address negative customer experiences and getting happy customers to share about their experience online. We have never been able to figure out our online reputation until now. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not much to dislike. Everything works really well! The one thing to work on would be the integration with Service Titan, our CRM. We have our office staff manually enter in customer info to send reviews to and this seems cumbersome. Some improvements to the automations would be appreciated. Overall, solid service. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you’re asking if you need it, you need it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye has solved our online reputation problem. We went from 3.8 stars on google to 4.5 in a few months! We are also able to catch unhappy customers before they roast us online. It is improving our sales as well as overall customer satisfaction.

The monthly cost, but doesn't everyone want to pay less for accounts. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Fixing issues with our homeowners and finding out who is not doing their job.

    "Great reviews for your small business- That's how its done." What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use. can have all my tech out in the field do it after each job and gets reviews back quickly. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far not anything. This program has helped increase my good reviews on Google by 2 fold. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: use it. Super easy to get reviews and fast. even the techs out in the filed use it each day. Helps the small business grow its online footprint. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting good reviews on a good timely manner after we have finished the job is hard. BirdEye Makes it super easy. I love the benefit of using the mobile app after each job and boom theirs a good review most of the time before I even get to the next job.

    We signed up with BirdEye this year to help mainly with Reputation Management and Chat option. We have had huge success thus far with both and are pleased with the service. The App is easy to use and allows us to respond to customers within seconds.

    "Best customer service and great app !" What do you like best about Birdeye? The onboarding process and the simple of use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? In the begin it was the possibility of translation in French, but they fixed it afterwars. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? SEO and brand management.

    "Great Service and Even Better Customer Service" What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service we have received since switching to BirdEye has been fantastic. I am such a fan of the tool but on the occasion that I get stumped on something, there is always someone ready to lend a helping hand. What do you dislike about Birdeye? BirdEye is great! The only downside is they are not partnered with Yelp anymore. My only wish is they were Yelp partners. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to manage our online reputation across our 300+ locations and at the corporate level the reports and tracking have solved so many unknowns we had previously. At the local level, each location has access to review response templates ready to go and that has made their lives so much easier.

    "Great Reputation Management System" What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service is amazing! The platform has been so easy to use, but has done a LOT of us. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish we could send out texts to let patients know their RX are ready, but that might be something that will come in the near future... Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Do it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reputation Management was HUGE for us. We originally had a very negative online image, but with BirdEye our happy customer are leaving reviews and it feels like we've done a complete 180.

You can see reviews from all sources, reply to them where possible and even create tickets to address issues if needed. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The integration with our management software is less than desirable but maybe that's more about that software than BirdEye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to source more and more positive reviews than ever before and respond to them immediately.

Our birdeye helps us to get the word out there that we are legitimate and we get great results.

I can't say i dislike anything about the service - it allows you to see honest feedback from customers.     "Business Review System" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how easy it is to send the link. Take less than 30 seconds! What do you dislike about Birdeye? There only down fall I would say is, if you have the option to select who the client was assisted by, we should know who it was when we get the email notification. Sometimes our office will send reviews to clients and when we get notification via email if the client did not indicate who they were assisted in the review we may not remember who sent the review. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? None I know of

Honestly, I can not think of anything else that I dislike. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? But I gives me an easy way to communicate with my patients in addition to making sure the whole medical team in my practice is on board with the communication.Some of my patients were trying to get difficult to communicate with my office for making appointments or reporting on how they were doing.
