Able to easily send review requests to customers.

    "Very good overall, with only a couple of quirks." What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of sending out review requests and tracking them, including click rates. It is also great that you can send out reviews for multiple platforms at once. Further, I like the clean look and user interface, and the ease by which reviews can be sent. I also saw that it partners with our new case management software, Clio, though have yet to integrate that in. Presumably, it can harvest our contact information to make sending reviews even easier (at least, that's the explanation given on the Clio partner website). Regardless, it is a giant step up over and above our previous approach of simply pointing people to the Google Review webpage and hoping they opened it and would leave a review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have six offices, so making changes as to the appearance or function requires duplicating the same thing five times. It would be nice if we could make global changes among all accounts at once. Also, it would be nice if it picked up reviews in real time, as I receive Google review alerts through G-mail and Google's My Business app immediately, and often have to wait several hours, if not nearly a day, for them to populate on BirdEye. I like to respond to reviews immediately, so often do so through the other apps instead of BirdEye due to the timing of the population into BirdEye. Also, we had a negative review that the user wanted to delete once we reached out and cured the misunderstanding. It deleted from Yelp, but BirdEye still has it listed in the reviews on our user page. However, these are only small issues with an otherwise outstanding product. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I recommend working with the company to see a test account, and having them help you set up your main account once you go with them. Particularly if you are using a Facebook page, but have multiple locations, as the setup is quite advanced for that application. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Harmonizing and making easy Google Reviews for my staff. Previously, it was somewhat tedious, and not all staff followed our SOP. This has turned into many more reviews per month than we had ever seen in the past, and we are dominating the online market due, in part, to those reviews.

    "Marketer/WebDev recommends BirdEye" What do you like best about Birdeye? As a marketer and web developer I feel BirdEye offers business-building features other review companies don't and when needed, their assistance is excellent. BirdEye does more than accumulate reviews, they gently prod us to get reviews. Also as assistance was needed to incorporate their information on a web page, they responded quickly, offered excellent service and followed up afterward. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some websites are easier than others to integrate our reviews on a web page but Customer Service is there to help. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Compare BirdEye to any competitors you might find and you'll see why BirdEye offers more marketing advantages. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problem of only a small number of reviews and the efforts of gathering them ourselves. One benefit is that we cross-market, calling attention to our reviews page on other channels of social media.

    "Satisfied medical office" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is very easy to use. You can upload your patients' data in excel format. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The implementation is kinda hard if you don't know much about IT What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We got real-time feedback from real patients. We have a boost review amount on Google after using Birdeye, which helps a lot with online presetation.

    "A Personalized and Simplified Customer Experience!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The best part so far has been working with the people at Birdeye, who have made the implementation piece extremely simple and customized to our needs. Additionally, the clear and concise aggregation of reviews makes utilizing the platform super intuitive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there were more customized reporting options within the platform, that could be scheduled to automatically send to different users/stakeholders. Luckily, Birdeye is willing to work with us here and provide customized reporting to our needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? At the simplest level, we are saving time being able to respond to reviews across all sources within one platform. We also are seeing success utilizing the review requesting campaigns to increase both quantity and quality of reviews!

    "Easy and Thorough Integration and Wonderful to Work With" What do you like best about Birdeye? We're still fairly new to BirdEye, so I can't speak too much on the long-term ROI (though I have no doubt it will be there). What I can speak on is the fantastic implementation team and how relatively seamless it was to get everything set up. They are always available to answer questions and are very willing to work with us to customize our accounts, campaigns, and reporting as much as possible. It's easy to work with as well, and perfect for any size team to focus on soliciting and responding to reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't' have much bad to say so far. The only partially negative part is the reporting isn't always intuitive and you do have to contact them to have customized reporting (which, again, they were willing to do for us). What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? One of my goals with reputation management is to be more proactive. Proactive in soliciting reviews rather than just hoping customers find us and leave a review, and also proactive in utilizing online reviews to better our business. The latter part especially needs data to back up our efforts, which BirdEye provides in the ability to tag reviews and the sentiment report. We can track that to see areas that may need improvement before they become and even bigger issue.

    "Fantastic End to End Solution for Review Mgmt and Local Listings | Great Customer Service" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use for the interface and reporting. We've been able to roll out service to 60+ locations and ~120 employees without any major hiccups. Our Birdeye team is always available and on-point for fixing issues / escalating bugs etc. Birdeye has been a real game changer for us - allowing our entire C-Suite to have access to the daily review counts and easily spotlight patient issues at our local centers. Throughout the organization - Birdeye has helped our front-line team members get a better pulse on the performance of their teams and allows our regional directors to have multi-center snapshots at their fingertips.. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Survey functionality is lacking some of the more advanced tech that I get from my SurveyGizmo solution - please fix so that i can migrate more of our patient / prospect surveys into the platform. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Schedule a demo with Birdeye team What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Problem = 60+ locations with average 20-30 reviews per location per month - so Birdeye has allowed us to centralize monitoring and reporting on patient satisfaction and NPS. Benefits are that we more quickly respond to patient feedback and we've been able to improve our NPS by using Birdeye data to highlight locations that have opportunities for improvement in patient experience.

It intuitive to use and the team there is great to work with What do you dislike about Birdeye? couldn't say yet, haven't really worked with it long enough. The social media management tool still needs to be more robust to keep it competitive with other platforms out there. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: This is a good rep management tool What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No issues so far. I did not realize you could get a competitive analysis as well. And some of the new products they are coming out with are intriguing.

    "Superior Service and System" What do you like best about Birdeye? Absolutely the EASIEST system to navigate. You get and are given a HUGE audience. If it's marketing and/or advertising you're looking for...this is it. Absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about their employees who are there to help, if you have any questions. Bianca is a top notch!! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing - what's the dislike? The system is amazing! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Why are you waiting? What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems with BirdEye. Benefits? WOW!! The exposure and true vision of you and your team/company are right there. Clients don't lie - and if there were to be an issue, you can address right then and there with the BirdEye system. No horrible review sitting for days or weeks - POOF, you know right away.

    "Birdeye will change your business" What do you like best about Birdeye? Our company liked the immediate improved response from patients. We tried for years to encourage reviews from our patients. Met with frustration and exhausting all resources, we found Birdeye and within the first day we received positive reviews. This increased not only our reputation but also our SEO ranking as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of a single thing we don't like. Their customer service is something you unfortunately don't see too often anymore. They help problem solve for our individual needs. They have come up with additional products to help with our marketing strategy and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care if. We look at Birdeye as an extension of our own customer service team. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving our online reputation management with increased reviews. We are able to use the dashboard to systematically respond to both negative and positive reviews for multiple locations, which is a huge time saver. We use Birdeye for internal couching and training with our staff. Birdeye makes it easier tot market our services.
