    "Birdeye is AWESOME!!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how birdeye is so simple and easy to use! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I really dont have any dislikes. Everyone that uses it, loves it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have many patients that leave our office using it. It lets us know how we're doing as a company and what we need to work on. It also lets everyone know how well we're doing too.

    "Great Experience!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I was falling behind on my Google reviews. Birdeye makes it easy for people to leave reviews. I also love that the reviews can be linked to my website! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing that I can think of. If anything, The support staff calls too frequently. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not encountered any problems. My reviews are up substantially!

    "Excellent Auto Dealer Service to use!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is very user friendly, makes it super easy and convenient to send out reviews to our many customers on a daily basis. This is applicable to both sales and service customers. The review request gets sent straight to their phone in seconds. It takes literally no time at all to send out as many as 50. The stat reports are easy to read and manage. There are a lot of useful tools with Birdeye to help our dealership manage our customers' reviews on multiple review/social media platforms. Thanks Birdeye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only thing I personally dislike about Birdeye is the fact that the customer confuses the text msg request to leave a review, for the actual survey that pays our salespeople. But this is no fault of Birdeye whatsoever, but a simple lack of communication between the salesperson and customer, to distinguish the difference between the 2. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I recommend anybody that would like to increase their online reviews for their business should use Birdeye for the user friendliness of the software itself, the convenient and efficient with time and getting the business name out on the internet, because that is at everyone's hands. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has enabled us to disect the happy customers to the unhappy customers, and allow us to get to the bottom of their concerns, before the manufacturer sends out the CSI survey. This feature has benefited the entire dealership, particularly the salespeople, who's CSI score's impact their pay.

    "It is great for managing reviews across multiple sites" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that the tool is really easy and straightforward to use, you can manage multiple review sources for different locations within the same platform. You can do reports, analyze data and monitor competitors as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The reporting and analysis tools are limited. If you want to do a detailed report, you need to do an export and then manage the data from outside the platform. If you want simple reports, the dashboard is ok for that. Although, you will need to do screenshots because there is not an option to select widgets for a customized report. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It is a great tool for collecting and managing reviews. Definitely, if you want to have a detailed analysis you will need to do an export and analyze the data by yourself, however, you can get pre-determined charts and access to the information quickly. Managing the locations and sources from one tool is great for local SEO. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing multiple review sources for multiple locations in one site. It is easy to collect, monitor and manage reviews on the platform. You can also reply within the platform, monitor sentiment and check competitor's reviews.

    "Enjoy hearing positive feedback" What do you like best about Birdeye? I enjoy hearing about residents positive experiences at our property and how they are enjoying their new home. What they like about the amenities and things they would like to see added to our property. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike how sometimes the reviews are not always be an accurate account of events, and misunderstandings that we are not given the opportunity to resolve and make a positive experience. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Navigating through the website is easy. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Using the information to make our property better and improve how we work as a team here for our residents. Keeping the lines of communication open and honest with all of our residents so they may have a positive experience at our property.

    "An average of 100 great reviews each month!" What do you like best about Birdeye? One of the best things I like about Birdeye is the dashboard. I can quickly take a look at where we stand as a group practice and dive deeper by location and to the provider in our busy ophthalmic practice. I can read and respond to the reviews right there as well as check out our patient satisfaction surveys. I can compare us to our competition. Its a great thing! What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far in the last six months there has not been anything that I haven't liked. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Ask for a trial. We trialed using 1 of our location's 2 days of patient visits which equalled just under 100 if I recall correctly. We sent a 6 question survey to all and invited each after to choose to write a review to Healthgrades or Google. Our test went out on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday we had 14 reviews split between the 2 platforms. Running those surveys by email on our own with a similar invite to review would net us less than 10 for a whole month for our whole practice of 6 locations prior to our work with Birdeye. We now have more data to analyze on our patient encounters plus the icing on the cake is the all the positive reviews to show! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Utilizing texting as well as email has tremendously improved the response rate to our patient satisfaction surveys and the real benefit is each are invited to submit a review and we are averaging 100+ a month.

    "Recommend to Friends and Family, Never tell your competition " What do you like best about Birdeye? The hands on, fully automated and professionally setup to work. Its on and working 24/7 and every review get answered. Constantly and effectively working representing us in a way we want to be represented What do you dislike about Birdeye? Everything was great. Nothing bad to say about bird eye Wish I knew about birdeye a few years ago. The integration was smooth, the training was easy and in-depth. For sure a solution to a problem Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Test, and you will see this is the way of getting your reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Asking employees to ask customers for a review was always a challenge. From forgetting to ask, to asking in a way that would cause a negative review. Giving each customer a way of letting me know if we have a problem and what we are doing right

    "Are you great? This is how you tell people!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The user friendliness of the program / online support is also clutch! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly not one thing. If I were being nitpicky, I’d say more templates to illicit reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to come up with our own template for patient reviews. The benefits are the ease of use!

    "A pretty spectacular platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? It's hard to say what i like best because once you understand the platform and all the features. Everything is pretty awesome. The degree to which you are able to filter and address all concerns across all sites is great and the reports provided are instrumental. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I think the platforms biggest shortcoming is its interaction with Yelp. Reviews take too long to be picked up by the platform, responses posted to Yelp either never show up or takes weeks to. Also it is very difficult to see Yelp improvements through the platform. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Definitely give it a shot, more than likely you will be pleasantly surprised. Once you make it clear what it is you want the team will be very supportive in helping you reach that goal. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company's biggest issue is that we have very low review ratings. Through BirdEye we were able increase our overall Google rating by at least 1.5 within a 5 month time frame.

    "Easiest way to build a great online reputation!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it extremely easy to send an rating and review request to our customers with options of various review sites like BBB, Google and Facebook. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of any downsides of using this tool! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I've been able to increase our overall rating which just brings us more business.

    "Bite the bullet and get it" What do you like best about Birdeye? We had 4 google reviews and a handful of Facebook recommendations before we got Birdeye. The product is really good and has already paid for itself and it’s been one month! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don’t like that you can’t refresh the patient chart every 5 minutes. The BE connector has a limit of 1 hour What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting many many patient reviews from our patients.

    "BirdEye is the BEST way to track AND follow up with online reviews." What do you like best about Birdeye? Information is comprehensive and specific. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only thing relates to the automatic responses. Although we have several of them, sometimes the one that's inserted isn't exactly the appropriate one. Not sure exactly how to solve this problem though. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would HIGHLY recommend BirdEye to any business, especially with regard to reputation management. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been enabled to have real time knowledge of feedback and customer satisfaction issues.

    "Amazing Online Review & Performance Management Tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love BirdEye's features. I love the fact that you can add web chat to your website, send automated campaigns, and see all the reviews you've ever acquired on one landing page. It makes the review process so simple which I appreciate a lot as the only marketing employee at my company. Before partnering with BirdEye, getting reviews seemed like a mundane and difficult task so thank you BirdEye for making an easy-to-use platform for everyone. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't much that I dislike about BirdEye. There are a few functions that I wish had a better user experience like how to add contacts and brand design. The designs you offer are very bland and boring, I wish I could add in my own images or have more variety when it came to the customer review templates. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We haven't really seen a huge increase in social media engagement but it does help us see whether or not customers are happy with our services. From the looks of it, our customers have appreciated what we do for them. Their positive feedback is motivating for our staff.

    "Very Helpful Staff as well as an Easy-to-Lean System" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that we have a feature that allows us to instantly communicate with people. I also like the data collection and being able to see the chart of how reviews have progressed over time. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are some features that I tend to forget where they are, but other than that there isn't really a negative for me. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our review responses have definitely increased. We went from maybe receiving 1 or 2 reviews a month to 7+ a month.

    "Excellent onboarding experience with Babette. " What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of automated placement of reviews coming in. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I just wish I'd have joined Birdeye earlier than November 2019. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Just sign up already and get ahead of the competition. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving growing my business! Cases and matters are coming in multiple times per week after just a few weeks with Birdeye!

    "In the Beauty Industry reviews are everything!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Having all the review sites organized in one location is critical for me as the salon owner to be able to engage with my clients, to instantly respond to each and every review is an amazing feature. It makes are clients feel "heard". I also love that I get the chance to turn a less than 5 star review around before it hits the sites for everyone to see. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly... We really like everything so far. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? One issue we were having prior to Birdeye was consistency amongst the different sites .Now everything is cohesive and seamless.

    "Great value, great service." What do you like best about Birdeye? This service was easy to implement, it works exactly how it was expected to, the dashboard is intuitive, and the customer service and support is great. What do you dislike about Birdeye? If there is one nit to pick, occasionally a disgruntled customer will get a message and instead of clicking on "if you were dissatisfied with our service, please tell us what went wrong and how we can improve" they click on "review us online." It is rare, but every now and again it happens. They do have a feature where you can block communication with someone who you know will be unreasonable, so there are some safeguards. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Everything is pretty straight forward with this product. If you are trying to integrate with Appfolio Property Manager, one tip I would have is to leverage Appfolio's scheduled reports which you can customize to fit Birdeye's needs perfectly so they can deploy messages on your behalf. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Birdeye, we spent a lot of time and resources sending surveys to our customers, giving them gift cards to fill them out, sending additional messages to them either solving problems or asking for online reviews and then hoping they followed through. Birdeye has streamlined this process for us.

    "Useful site for tracking customer and prospect feedback" What do you like best about Birdeye? The dashboard on the main login is easy to navigate so finding current reviews is an easy task. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I am fairly new to the site so I haven't seen any negative aspects. It works as advertised. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking customer or in my case resident feedback. Having just one site to visit makes it an easier task.
