This product is the best I've ever encountered Its has honestly been a game changer to me so far. Amazing product to encounter. PROS Smooth navigation, user friendly as well as an amazing support team at you service provided by Birdeye. CONS Well I have encountered a few delays from the responses from the program after selecting or clicking on the a tab for it to load and it does get better with time spent on it but important to suggest for Birdeye devloper to look into those delays ASAP because it does become a little bit frustrating at times. Birdeye is a great product!! I love that we can see our reviews in real time and I love being able to send mass texts or emails to clients. PROS I love this product for ease of us and it helps us keep track of reviews! CONS I don't have any issues either the software. I find it easy to use. VENDOR RESPONSE We love to hear that! This product works They're available when needed which is not that often. PROS This product once implemented really takes care of itself. My clients are happy with the results. Birdeye is an Excellent Product Excellent PROS I have used Birdeye for over a decade and it just keeps getting better with more applications that help my firm get reviews, surveys, text messages and chat with potential clients. And so much more that I have not used yet. I absolutely love it! I have not found another company which would be as helpful or with Birdeye's excellent reputation. And the support is above the top! They are also careful to comply with Google rules regarding reviews. For all that and more I highly recommend Birdeye! CONS I cannot think of anything I like the least about this software. Birdeye Review Pros: I like the consistent communication with our Birdeye rep. Everyone we've worked with has been super helpful and responsive. Cons: It's definitely a fairly new company and they don't have all the features that I would want, but they're working on it and in the process of rolling out new features all the time.

I had a wonderful experience having Nakul help me through the onboarding process. He was very attentive, thorough and always right on time for our calls. I asked him to please pass me off to someone as helpful as he was now so we will see what that process looks like but so far so good! Highly recommend Birdeye to anyone looking to grow their online presence and reviews for their business!
I use Birdeye for multiple businesses. The ability to text, Facebook message, Google maps message all from one platform and also to request reviews from clients is very easy and has helped us grow our online presence for our brick and mortar locations. I would recommend it for any small business looking to expand their local footprint.
