Great product for customer communication and reviews! We primarily use this for answering customer questions and reviews. In those aspects it works perfectly! PROS Birdeye is very easy to use and has a convenient review system for our customers with a very simple set up that makes communication easy! Great Service PROS I personally use Birdeye to track our Google and Facebook reviews. I love the ability to send the link directly to clients and other vendors, the notification and the tracking and charts. This product works Pros: This product once implemented really takes care of itself. My clients are happy with the results. Cons: The price point could be better, but is in-line with industry standards. Overall: They're available when needed which is not that often.
Great experience Pros: The app is super easy to use. We love the customer service department. They always have an answer for us in any problem the app can have Cons: We asked for an internal/team chat so we can communicate in private with our team members but it seems like no one had the notifications. You can even know about that conversation if you don't go and check that box Overall: 100% happy with Birdeye
This product is the best I've ever encountered Its has honestly been a game changer to me so far. Amazing product to encounter. PROS Smooth navigation, user friendly as well as an amazing support team at you service provided by Birdeye. CONS Well I have encountered a few delays from the responses from the program after selecting or clicking on the a tab for it to load and it does get better with time spent on it but important to suggest for Birdeye devloper to look into those delays ASAP because it does become a little bit frustrating at times. Birdeye is a great product!! I love that we can see our reviews in real time and I love being able to send mass texts or emails to clients. Birdeye is an Excellent Product Excellent PROS I have used Birdeye for over a decade and it just keeps getting better with more applications that help my firm get reviews, surveys, text messages and chat with potential clients. And so much more that I have not used yet. I absolutely love it! I have not found another company which would be as helpful or with Birdeye's excellent reputation. And the support is above the top! They are also careful to comply with Google rules regarding reviews. For all that and more I highly recommend Birdeye! CONS I cannot think of anything I like the least about this software. Birdeye Review Pros: I like the consistent communication with our Birdeye rep. Everyone we've worked with has been super helpful and responsive. Cons: It's definitely a fairly new company and they don't have all the features that I would want, but they're working on it and in the process of rolling out new features all the time.

I had a wonderful experience having Nakul help me through the onboarding process. He was very attentive, thorough and always right on time for our calls. I asked him to please pass me off to someone as helpful as he was now so we will see what that process looks like but so far so good! Highly recommend Birdeye to anyone looking to grow their online presence and reviews for their business!
I use Birdeye for multiple businesses. The ability to text, Facebook message, Google maps message all from one platform and also to request reviews from clients is very easy and has helped us grow our online presence for our brick and mortar locations. I would recommend it for any small business looking to expand their local footprint.
