We love working with everyone at Birdeye. Our last experience was with OJ as our support representative. She is amazing. She is so patient and professional. She helped solve our issue and guided us through a few different steps inside of our platform. Great program. Thank you!

Praveen Reddy was so helpful in assisting me to set up Google Business Messages. He determined the issue preventing the messages to be enabled and solved the issue. Our business shows the chat option now and works perfectly!
