We also use Birdeye to communicate with our clients and respond to inquiries on our webpage email. PROS Birdeye has enabled our management team to collect, monitor, and manage client reviews to better connect with our clients and monitor and improve our interactions with clients. CONS Initial setup takes time to understand and use the power of Birdeye and can be daunting to staff, but once well acquainted to the software, Birdeye becomes an indispensable tool for our personnel. Great, easy software to get reviews Great, we got about it 130 google reviews in 7 months PROS It is east to use, you can add many people to your account to manage, it is not much extra work to send out review requests to patients. CONS When you send a txt message with a link to review, people type the review into the text message instead of clicking on the link, so I wish there was an automated response to that text saying “this is a personal txt message to Dr, please copy and paste your review to google by clicking the link above” VENDOR RESPONSE Thank you for sharing the results you have been generating with Birdeye! A consistent and inexpensive option for gaining reviews Decent. Not outstanding, have had a fair amount of obstacles getting it set up for our multiple businesses. That being said, if you have a single location, this is a perfect inexpensive option. PROS Easy to automatically request reviews from customers without staff involvement. CONS The Webchat function is pretty lacking, since it has a lead gate built into it. Also, the API integrations are challenging to set up. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Podium was really bad and expensive. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Hannah, we appreciate your feedback. Customizable As Per Our Needs And Great Customer Support Birdeye completely instructed us on how to use the platform and automated my system. Using it is pretty simple. I love being able to generate original insights with competitor monitoring, which is a great feature. PROS The workload of a one-person marketing team is immediately reduced by automated service. The platform serves as your one-stop shop for all business correspondence. It has made it incredibly simple to interact with and keep in touch with our customers outside of our physical stores. Also, customer service responds quite quickly. CONS They need to expand the functionality accessible from each screen and reorganize their drop-down menus. Great, overall product Pros: The software has really helped us to solicit and obtain feedback and reviews from customers. Cons: The program slim, slightly disintegrated in terms of the difference, features that it does.
