Great, easy software to get reviews Pros: It is east to use, you can add many people to your account to manage, it is not much extra work to send out review requests to patients. Cons: When you send a txt message with a link to review, people type the review into the text message instead of clicking on the link, so I wish there was an automated response to that text saying "this is a personal txt message to Dr, please copy and paste your review to google by clicking the link above" Overall: Great, we got about it 130 google reviews in 7 months

The representative Hassin was very nice and pleasant on the phone. He had excellent customer service and he immediately resolved the reason for the call.
