Birdeye is a fantastic platform that is practical and user-friendly Pros: It is quite handy to have reviews in one location and to have review answer templates thanks to Birdeye. With consumers outside of our area, communication and relationship maintenance have become quite simple. The ease of using a very simple system and being able to freely interact with any of my clients. With the help of this potent instrument, our Customer Experience department has undergone a thorough redesign. Cons: UI may occasionally get challenging. It's simple to operate once you get used to its awkward design. This complicates matters a little bit if a consumer selects the incorrect scale rating and intends to provide bad comments. It always comes as a surprise when the system or the website's layout is updated, and I have to relearn how to utilise it.

The issue was happening unexpectedly without explanation. While we could not pin-point why this was happening, the team was great in trying to resolve the issue in a timely manner. They were very proactive. Their eagerness to resolve the issue and constant communication did make me feel as though I was in good hands.
The rep that assisted me was simply amazing. So thorough, so patient and SO helpful. The quality of service and assistance I received was incomparable. I cannot thank Birdeye enough for hiring people like that. Thank you for everything!!!!!
