The fact that I do not have to deal with an algorithm or a third-party chat and am able to communicate with a real person is greatly appreciated. I don't think AI and algorithms are able to replace humans just yet.
UI/UX isn't great on brideye, but your support team is amazing
The person I spoke to, Nidhi Verma, was great. She was courteous and I was able to relay the information I had to her in a timely manner. She answered questions I had as well.
