    Birdeye is like a breath of fresh air. Pros: With so many in the space of rating and reviews, Birdeye goes above and beyond by being super user-friendly. The dashboard for reviews saves me tons of time in responding to reviews and it's wonderful to have an "at a glance" look at all of different listings from one view. The benefit of this product far outweighs what little time it takes to easily get ratings and reviews from customers who may not have taken the time to do so on their own. Customer support is top notch! Cons: No cons-- everything has been positive! If anything... my only regret is not finding Birdeye sooner!

    Called them on a lark, got great followup, signed up and Boo-Yah! I got a tour and functionality++ Pros: Control over social media platforms, with a multiplier effect on reviews. Kind of like a Gods eye view and ability to reach out and seek honest input Cons: None, yet, I am brand new to the software. I will have to delve more into the product but saw nothing adverse yet...

    Easy to use and very effective! Pros: I like giving our customers an easy way to communicate how we are doing. I also like the facebook plug-in, I think it looks very professional. We can share our great reviews across many platforms. Cons: Wish we had it 3 years ago! I also do not like the way campaigns are created. contacts are uploaded and then must be individually clicked on. It is a small thing, and it could be better.

    We Love BirdEye Pros: Customer service is fantastic. They are always on top of everything when you need them. Not everything is simple on BirdEye, but they make it as easy as possible to resolve. Cons: Adding single contacts is a bit of a pain and I don't think the software is as user-friendly as it could be. I'm not as comfortable navigating this as I would like to be.

    So far it has been great. Easy to use platform. Amazing idea/technology! Pros: Being able to get all of our reviews in one place and the ease of sending promotional emails to our previous clients to let them know that we are still here.

    Great Way to Get Reviews Pros: Really great way to boost your online reviews across different review sites. Customers do not seem to mind it and we instantly saw an increase in reviews in the first week of use. Cons: While I do not consider it expensive, with the exception of text messaging, it was something one of our other paid software was capable of so we did not feel it justifiable to pay for something we could already do. Overall: Increase in reviews from customers

    Very User Friendly yet Powerful Pros: Dashboard by far and the fact all the Reviews are in one location so you can respond to the customer. Cons: Not being able to Edit a Current Campaign Maybe I am doing something wrong. Will try later to see how to fix Overall: All in one place Management

    Excellent follow up and training Pros: Just started using and I like the features and ability to follow up and connect with customers to get a real view of our staff's performance in the field and actually get good reviews to post. In our industry, we can do 1000 things great and no one will hear or know about it, but the one time we drop the ball, we get blasted. Birdeye will help us to overcome this. Cons: It's definitely not cheap and results on value will only be calculated in the future. The system will also take some time to really learn, although Birdeye did a good job in training and follow up when they noticed limited usage. Overall: Will evaluate over time, but I want to get better engagement from our good customers and therefore improve our ratings.

    getting reviews set up for ease of use for client yet have the reviews seen by other social accounts Pros: nice easy way to get reviews completed by clients automatically and share on social media sites. I love that there are additional features too. And that my company gets a copy of the reviews. Cons: not able to re-send review request to clients if within 180 days of being sent. somethimes we need to send again to remind clients to prsent a review

    I received some training from Rachel Melnick and she was amazing. She walked me through the entire program teaching me how to use all the tools. After our training she emailed me and listed everything we went over together and included the items that she was going to help me incorporate. Several weeks later I emailed her with a question and she responded right away and provided detailed information regarding my question. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to provide superior customer service.

    Extremely smooth and informative Pros: The feature that we most enjoy about the software is being able to view all of our social platforms from one dashboard Overall: The amount of attention that BirdEye gives to you makes you feel like you are their only client. It's awesome to know that an answer is never more than a few moments away. The only downfall that we see is that we cannot post directly to the social media platform from the dashboard, but that is no problem.

    Has generated more reviews than other methods and programs I have used. Pros: Generates reviews to google and other top sites. Integrates easily and well with my practice software Cons: Dashboard- I think the dashboard is not all that user friendly and is somewhat cumbersome. Value- the monthly charge is pretty high considering the thing is on autopilot. Ideally the should charge more for upfront set up cost, but less monthly, if they want clients to be long term users. Overall: Increased reviews-primary reason I signed up and it has worked as planned.
