    Praveen and Nidhi were very helpful in drilling down to the root cause of my issues. I did have to do a little additional troubleshooting but they were able to direct me to where to search.

    The support rep called me directly, which I appreciated, and helped with the problem I had opened a support ticket for and then helped me with another problem I was about to email Birdeye about. I was worried my new problem wouldn't be solved before the weekend, so I am grateful he called when he did.
