We are so glad we found BirdEye! The number of feedback responses have greatly increased since we started using them about a year ago. I would say at least 90% of our new patients state that they read our reviews and chose to call us based on all the positive feedback they found. They aren't overbearing, and are user friendly for us as well as our patients that receive the feedback requests. On the rare occasion that we might need customer support, they're easy to get to and quick to resolve any issue that may arise. Thank you so much for what you provide!
