    Excellent texting tool for law firms Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye to text clients almost daily as I am not comfortable giving out my personal number for this purpose. The firm also uses it to solicit google reviews. It's proven to be very successful. Pros - Texting clients -Alerting users to new texts -Google review solicitation Cons - Advising the end user of the phone number the texts to client are coming from Likelihood to Recommend - I use it for day-to-day communication with clients who do not utilize email or telephones very frequently. It is excellent for soliciting urgent responses. Most Important Features - Text -Google review solicitation Return on Investment - Streamlined communication -Fast texting -Quick notifications

    Good Service, User Interface Needs Work Pros: This is a great tool that we are able to offer to our clients. It allows us to consolidate reviews into one location and respond quickly and efficiently as well as increase SEO with the listings feature. Cons: The user interface is not intuitive; it takes a long time to learn how to navigate the platform and some features are in multiple places (i.e. Reviews & Reviews Inbox), which is confusing.

    Ankur was very professional and demonstrated expertise to resolve the issue with our IT team. I feel my representative, while usually on top of things, was a bit too hands off in helping get this issue resolved and it took unusually long (nearly 3 weeks) to get the survey service for our new Passaic location up and running. We were charged for three weeks of full service, but only had the surveys running as of December 20.
