"Must have platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? We are now able to identify problems and opportunities in a timely manner thanks to Birdeye and the surveys campaigns. Our customers have a direct way to submit their feedback and we can quickly ask them for a review. The new 2.0 version is really a game-changer, it’s really easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would like to see a report per campaign. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Have a clear understanding of what the platform can offer and build an in-house process to fulfill operation and management of it. "Very user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? Very user friendly. Helps navigate to find positive feedback. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't had any issues. We send residents through birdeye and have not heard back any negative responses. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Great way to get feedback and improve business. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to see what needs to be addressed before the problem gets to much.

"Very informative information; I utilize the submitted responses to educate my staff." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that it interfaces with my email so it is easy to stay up to date with the reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At this time, I cannot think of anything; very simple process. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would like to say that it is a great learning tool for staff and myself. I am able to reach out to unsatisfied customers to attempt to meet their needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Again, I do not have any difficulties with the program. I love it.

"Great Daily Reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love seeing all of our reviews coming in every day and having them all in 1 email. Being able to ask satisfied patients to leave a review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There seemed to be some confusion with our patients when submitting a review. They pushed 5 stars but got an "I'm Sorry" email. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Be sure to inform Birdeye of all of your accounts or separate locations. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to start building up our local SEO. These reviews specific to our locations are what we need. Able to use the testimonies as social posts to help with brand building.

"Effective Online Review Management Platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? It has one of the most user-friendly interfaces, coupled with excellent customer service and support integration I've seen. Also, they were open to helping us with some API customizations which really helps our team manage and monitor reviews internally. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The notification feature is nice, as you can set up the notification frequency (instantly, daily, weekly) - but you can't set up more than one. I might want bad reviews instantly, but 3 or better stars daily, for instance. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Compare the integration with review platforms against other solutions - such as trustpilot, GMB, etc. For us they were able to handle a good portion of sites that had reviews relevant to us. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to manually monitor reviews. Much of this process is now simplified across all departments via the BirdEye dashboard, and involved parties can be notified as per individual settings in the platform which is a timesaver.

"Wonderful company top work with" What do you like best about Birdeye? Helpful company members that are always courteous and pleasant to deal with. So far I have only had great experiences every time that I have asked a question or required assistance. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't found anything I don't like yet. A suggestion to consider would be providing a portal to manage social media posts and campaigns. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: definitely consider this service if you are looking at an online reputation management company - we couldn't be happier What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The task of managing all of our listings online has been removed from my 'to-do' list. I love the 'micro-site' that they have set up for us on our Google listing!

BirdEye has allowed us to get honest feedback from our customers in real-time. In the few circumstances where a customer has been unhappy, we've been able to address the problem quickly.

"Help With Reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how all I have to do is get them our customer emails. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We had issues with ownership's of our location pages that I wish they had a better connection or partnership with Google to help. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are receiving more 4 to 5 star ratings and positive written reviews. When you go from a 2 rating to a 3.9 or 4 rating that is the benefit of using Birdeye.

"BirdEye has been the single greatest review generation tool we have ever invested in." What do you like best about Birdeye? It just works. Take time to set it up well (your rep will help with this extensively) and once it is to your liking you can leave it to just do what it says it will. Generate mountains of positive reviews, and provide a means of receiving negative feedback to address problems as they arrive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would like more reporting for idiots. My team needs things at a 5th grade level and at times your reporting is phenomenal, but you need to already deeply understand the market to really make sense of things. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: For the cost to performance, there has been no better tool we can find on the market. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have taken all of our public locations (16) from low averages (1.5 stars) to 4/5 stars. Including problem locations where the negative reviews set negative expectations for clients and a negative feedback loop ensued.

"A Good Review Management Solution" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that everything is centralized after setup, meaning that all reviews can be shown in one place. this is helpful in getting an overall look at how our business is doing. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It can be difficult sometimes to be completely clear on why some processes (such as sending emails or texts) fail. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to have everything in one place, which makes it easy for responding to reviews and generating reports.

"I was skeptical at first. But it really works, and very simple to use." What do you like best about Birdeye? How easy it is for patient to respond and comment, and how easy it is for our staff to send out requests right away if we choose. The quick response to our questions when needed is great also. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is really nothing I can think of that I don't like about BirdEye so far. Its been working for us. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are making it easy for patients to give a quick review or just rate us. With a simple click. Our patients are always leaving happy. But the steps to leave a review was difficult. But they can now do it simply, so they are, and our reviews are going up and people can see what a great practice we have.

"Efficient and Reliabile, BirdEye is a necessity in todays world. " What do you like best about Birdeye? Its fast, east to use. Its built for a good customer experience and maximizes the time spent chasing people around for some feedback. It gives my team another reason to give amazing customer service knowing the chances of that customer leaving a review for the world to see are a lot higher now. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Its fairly new and they haven't developed a lot of the features that are going to make them even better. Good news is they are open to feedback and have some things in Beta. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Its a great program. It gives you the ability to DEMO it up front first before signing up which I did and it allowed me to compare it to the competition. Once I did that I saw the strengths and things that aligned with what I was trying to do and it was easier to make a decision. If you want a company that is growing, is fast, and helps you grow in reviews and in the future referrals, then this is the right company for you. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helped my business grow by doubling reviews in less than 10 months. Its made my brand more relevant in the local community. I have given my team a system to get customer feedback while impacting our marketing and bringing in new customers because of it. The more feedback we get, both good and bad, the more customers that we acquire because people see how great we are and how proactive we are in responding to negative situations.

"Extremely Intuitive Solution for Review Management" What do you like best about Birdeye? The dashboard is extremely easy to use and setting up advanced features like automation is simply and straightforward. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Having some trouble with listing management but overall, the platform is great. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We started off with some pretty scathing reviews across our social media sites. Only negative experiences were being reflected online. When we started asking all of our customers to review us, we saw a flood of positivity online, which has helped our brand tremendously.

"Simple, effective and user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? Onboarding process was terrific--great customer service reps had us up and running in an hour, and the process for getting reviews is so simple. Dashboard is user friendly and intuitive, unlike other sites. And our clients say it's easy to leave a review as well! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have no issues with BirdEye! My only challenge is internally getting the data out of my software. The BirdEye end of it has been great. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have increased our number of online reviews, and our new patients tell us they read all our reviews and that is why they chose our practice.
