    Birdeye is a must have for any business. We're extremely happy with Birdeye and all of the services that we subscribe to. PROS Birdeye makes it easy for existing customers to review their actual experience and it helps with the overall customer experience. Customers would always tell us they were happy with our service and they would always say they would leave a review online for us. It didn't always happen for different reasons but Birdeye makes it really easy for them to leave reviews inn just a couple of mouse clicks.     BirdEye is the one! PROS The integration with our current software has been simple and easy to use and setup. We use reputation manager and we have had good results with this.     Birdeye is essential for managing business reviews The company's locations are geographically dispersed and managed by someone different in each location. Birdeye is helping us provide consistent templates and guidance for responding to reviews, positive and negative, thereby greatly impacting the reputation of the company overall and redirecting any negative conversations offline. PROS The Birdeye product is intuitive and easy to use. It's a must-have solution for any business which struggles to monitor reviews and overall reputation with many locations, sometimes in geographically disparate locations.     Birdeye Review Overall experience has been great and easy to use. PROS I like that it is a user friendly software and is pretty straightforward to use. CONS When we needed extra support or reports, it seemed to take awhile to get ahold of someone.

    Great Help in Managing Patient Reviews! PROS Birdeye is very helpful to our business in receiving reviews and helping us manage those reviews.     My review of the Birdeye platform! My overall experience with Birdeye is simply great. PROS What I really liked about Birdeye is that they have a free trial, this gives you the opportunity to try the software and see if this software actually suits your needs. Birdeye has a great scala of functionalities and these work really good, as far as I've seen. The UI is also nice, which makes it easier to work with. CONS Birdeye has a lot of functionalities, this can make it a little bit overwhelming to get started with. I can't think of anything that I disliked about Birdeye though.

    A premium consolidation system for reputation management. Overall I would (and have) highly recommend this program. PROS I am able to consolidate all my reviews cross-platforms into one website to respond to and manage. CONS There are some bugs when exporting the data into an excel spreadsheet.

    Marketing Giant for Reviews I have had nothing but a positive experience with Birdeye, their product is extremely helpful and their support team is quick and responsive. PROS What I love about Birdeye is their relevance. They are able to help small companies stay relevant and ranked on Google by providing an easier way to acquire reviews. CONS Personally I do not have any cons for the product other than the price is not available to smaller companies who this may be the most useful and necessary for.

    Lisa Again not playing phone tag, calling a customer just to have to leave a message and the customer call back when I am unavailable. Easy to communicate information thru Birdeye PROS I like the ability to speak back and forth with customers without having to call on the phone and play phone tag.     Great service and superior product It's been great. Customer service is great and professional. PROS My favorite feature is the review platform (which is why we purchased the Birdeye product. However, the sms feature has proven a return on investment in itself. It was a feature I didn't think I would use but it has significantly increased our business. CONS I wish there was a better integration and easier way to leave reviews for platforms such as Yelp and Facebook. I know this is not a Birdeye problem as it is Yelp and Facebook policy issue.     Easy to use, and great customer service! Using birdeye has helped myself gain so many more reviews for all of my client's business's. PROS The review dashboard is very user friendly and makes it easy to track and manage the reviews of hundreds of my clients. CONS Sometimes there is a disconnect in Google and the reviews, but the customer service is always there to help and fix the problem!

    Best money spent on a product! We needed more help with our online presence, obtaining reviews from patients and learning how to respond when a review was given. The personal customer service that Birdeye offers is amazing! I sent an email when negative reviews were published under a fictitious name and they responded very quickly with great resolution. They are worth every penny spent! PROS The best feature for our office is the automatic request for a review after the completion of a dental appointment. Having patients give reviews that are seen online have boosted our online presence and made us more visible. The integration with our business processes were seamless. CONS Would love to see a wider selection of pre-written responses to choose from when logged in to respond to a review. This would make the process go even quicker. VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks Pamela!     One stop shop We have had a good experience, despite the minor hiccups. PROS The emails I get daily, help me keep track of what is going on at the shops, and how customers rate their experiences.     Great Customer Service! Extremely positive. I don't have to login to multiple websites to respond to reviews, which saves me time. The few instances when I have called for assistance, they have been great: responsive, very good follow-up, & knowledgeable. PROS Easy to navigate. Broad range of information & data points.     Over the moon with Birdeye! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - As a professional dental office, we rely heavily on the responses we receive from the satisfaction surveys that Birdeye sends to our patients. We strive to provide the best care possible for our patients and partnering with Birdeye has really helped in keeping that reputation as a quality dental practice. Also, we had an event coming up that we needed to promote within our patient base and Birdeye assisted in sending a mass email to all of our patients. Their representative was so patient and professional and got it completed within a very short time. I was very impressed and won't hesitate to use their services in the future!     Great Value for our Company Pros: Birdeye makes it easy for the patients to do a quick review and easily allows our company and others to see the reviews which help us improve and our clients know more about us. It integrated very well with our existing software. Cons: We have 2 sites that are using Birdeye, it was kinda tricky getting both sites to report. That being said, the customer support is awesome and they were able to help and fix very quickly. Overall: Very good
