We got seated and then forgotten even though the place was super slow and there were maybe like 2 others tables at max with people there. Didn't even stay long enough to order food because seeing how long it was taking to even take our order we had a bad feeling and paid for our drinks and left. It sounds like a good thing because now seeing the reviews on yelp in regards to the food we missed a further dissappinting experience.

The waitress I had was constantly coughing around food being served. The food was terrible, along with cold and greasy.
I've had one good experience and 3 bad which unfortunately puts it on the don't return list. My adult sons have birthdays within 9 days so I decided to take them (and partners) to the Blackbear for dinner. First, the hostess started to seat us at a booth with a chair at the end and we asked for a table which clearly annoyed her. Wow this location was on point when they first opened. Now they are so slow to sit people, to take your order and to even get your food. Watched someone's food sit waiting to be picked up for several minutes.
They barely great you at the door, and sometimes they take so long to seat you, and on top of that you almost have to wave them down to take your order. But today was enough i dont want to hear employees arguing back and forth in front of customers, and i still have not got a refill on my coffee i guess arguing with each other take president. Wow, this place is utter garbage. The food was cold. All the veg in my scramble was crunchy, which made it hideous. Even the toast was nasty. We will never eat here again. Blech. You have been warned.
Honesty worst service I've ever had. There were maybe 5 other tables there getting food and it still took over 2 hours to get our food. Will not be returning ever.
Was seated around 2:00 for 2 of us right by the kitchen. Too loud w/ servers and our server brought the wrong thing to us twice, no one checked in on us, had to wait 20 minutes to get our ticket, had to ask for a to go box and that took another 10 minutes. Food average, place was clean.
I'd rather eat at Denny's. They serve big portions but their meals are so bland it's a shame.
