The food was truly terrible. The hamburger patty was so salty I was unable to eat it. The bun was soggy. Taje out and no utensils, no napkins, no ketchup or mustard packets, no crackers. I don't know how they can make food this bad and still stay in business.

Terrible service and the restaurant was extremely dirty. We love Black Bear dinners when we lived in the Seattle area. I don't know what is wrong with the ones in Salt Lake? The cook at this location simply didn't feel like cooking half the menu and he got away with it! The poor servers looked frustrated as they made excuses for the bad employee on the cook line. We tried this location twice and tried to eat once. Biscuits were rocks and the food tasted tainted. The other time we left as we couldn't find anything we liked th... read more

The service is horrible! We were asked by 4 different people " how many " and then never got seated. My mom ordered breakfast without ham. Her food came out with ham on top of the eggs. We ordered a salad without jalapeño and olives. The salad came out with those on top. We ordered a bowl of soup. She bought out a cup. Everything we ordered was wrong and had to get sent back multiple times. Don't recommend

Not the worst franchise diner but this location CONSISTENTLY messes up my order. Like it's 50/50% chance they mess it up. If I get my French Dip order with no Aus Ju one more time again! Then I'm actually going to wanna start calling the diner up and calling them mean names. You are NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY'S WORTH, and I was once a loyal customer but now I wanna boycott until it gets new management. Do not give me my order if it's incomplete! Especially if it's a pickup!
