Track Your Review Requests with Google’s Private API
Most of the time, companies that send review requests have no way of knowing whether these requests actually leave a review. Usually, businesses can only track if the customer clicked the link to the review site, but that might not be good enough. After all, a customer can click the link to leave a review and then immediately exit the browser.
With this new update, businesses now have the ability to track the conversion rate of Google review requests. Due to our partnership with Google and access to their private API, businesses will have the ability to track which requests actually lead to reviews.
