Back early July 2023 my husband and i purchased an above ground pool. I gave them down payment ******* per their requirements to start the process. Unfortunately I was unable to get the pool due to utility lines. Since July I have been trying to get my refund. I emailed an associate who claimed she was working on getting my refund. I purchased my pool on June 20, 2022 and was told it would take 6 weeks to be installed but it was not installed until October of 2022. We were told to purchase a net cover and when we went to open the pool this year there was so much algae we could not get it cleaned. We called every few days for weeks and purchased everything we were told but no prevail. Finally we were told to flock it which we did. I called in today to find out what the payoff for the pool I purchased is, only to find out that only ****** has been applied to the principal of my loan, which was originally around ******. I have always made my payments on time through the auto pay and have never defaultednot once. I understand that the interest rate is horrible but I am absolutely disgusted that I cannot negotiate an early payoff especially since I have already given BLUE WORLD POOLS over ****** on time throughout the last 4 years. We received are pool only to have a leak within a week of instal we have been calling since July pool was installed June 27 th .We got to swim for leass then 5 times before the leak was noticed we called immediately and have been given the run around since July they told us the installer was sick and was gonna get us a new one weeks go by nothing we call and we get told someone will be here or they get mad at us for calling to complain and get are pool fixed . Do not recommend this company to anyone. It is hard getting a hold of customer service and financial department once work has been done. The ladder that came with our pool had a high weight rating but broke on first use. The railing screws started falling out the first week. We were told it had a shut off valve to allow us to clean pump filter, no matter what direction you turn the installed valve it does not shut the water off. I pool ends up draining whenever trying to clean filter. I am forced to give at least 1 star but ... read more

My recent ex husband and I bought a pool from them and began to have a few issues with the pool and this company has the worst customer service experience the worst!!!! We went to sell our home need a payoff quote and again took their sweet time and the nastiest customer service no respect for the customer at all needless to say I'm still waiting on the payoff about to come through to the title company, the title company called me to tell me they were still waiting for a payoff amount and how rude and nasty they was to them ... read more

We purchased the pool, installation was awful and pump and filter were leaking and service was rude. Shipped the part then took 5 days to fix. The pump motor has failed due to not being the adequate size for the size of the pool. I attempted to explain the situation and was told the federal government decided the pump motor size. We just want our pump fixed.

Not as promised!The salesman came to our house and explained the pools they sell. He showed us a piece of a liner that was really thick. He said that it is the "upgraded" liner they use in the midline and deluxe pools. The liner that was installed in our pool was not the same liner, not even close! It was very thin!He also told us the pump only needs to run 3-4 hours a day. Both the installer and the paperwork state it needs to run for 12 hours a day. Signed a contract on 7/1/2023 have been trying to cancel, as soon as I called and stated I would like to cancel. A gentleman on the phone stated. I would have to pay half of the pool and a lien would be place on the house. They hung up on me and will not answer any call of mine.
