Bluebird Care in Twyford have been checking in on my mother daily for the past few months. All the carers are very friendly and most have worked for the company for many years. She enjoys sharing a cup of coffee and a chat with them every morning. When she fell and broke her wrist I rang Bluebird and their flexibility immediately allowed for a temporary increase in her carer time to help with dressing and household tasks. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them.

We are really pleased and happy with the level of care and support provided by Bluebird. The support given to my wife has been excellent throughout by both her regular carers and all other colleagues. The care given at the start of each day is important for both of us and we draw great comfort from my wife being well looked after. The information and support provided by management is also clear and helpful. The good-natured interaction with the caring team is therapy for both of us in the morning.

Bluebird care have been providing daily care for my mother who is in her 90s and suffers with dementia. As her needs changed the carers and their supervisors have been wonderful in adjusting the care to match her needs, including night waking care following falling from her bed. The specific jobs I've needed doing - help with shower and rubbish have been fulfilled well. People pleasant and punctual.

Bluebird home care helped me after a total knee replacement op. They came. 4 times a day for two weeks and for 4 nights. They were extremely helpful, came on tme, were unrushed and careful. Nothing was too much trouble for them

Delighted with the speed & professionalism in which drop in care has been arranged at short notice for my mother. She is enjoying getting to know the regular carer who is dropping by to make sure that she is ok.
