I am a BMW owner for the first time. I have had it serviced at Chapman BMW Chandler for the past year. Service consultants have been courteous, respectful, and very professional. My service consultant is longer employed there, however they assigned me to Jeremy. Jeremy was awesome and had me in and out with a loaner within ten minutes. I have owned BMW's since the late 1970's, always purchased and serviced by Chapman, and have always found their service department has been efficient and honest. In this manner they have allowed me to keep my BMW's running well for 6-7 years until new models come out. Service Adviser Vince Adams has always been helpful by keeping maintenance issues up to date, and even managing acute repairs the same day needed.
