Just want to share my continued awesome experience with my service advisor Mr. David Pence at Chapman BMW. I have worked with David for over a year now. He has always taken good care of me & my 335xi. Whatever he says he does! He is always upfront with me & very informative. His knowledge of his trade & BMW's is unbelievable & very impressive!!! I took my Z4 in with a problem with my AC. Jacob was my service advisor. He took excellent care of my issue and after many months of dealing with no AC, he took care of it swiftly and I didn't get taken to the cleaners. He also spent time answering all of my questions. I am always impressed with the courteous, friendly and unassuming staff. In particular, Jacob Malburg, exceeds expectations of a service adviser. The maintenance I receive is always first-rate, as expected of a premium car dealership. I have no complaints of their service staff.
