Any business is only as good as its people and my sales advisor, Renate Steinbach, is truly the best. I trade cars often and usually the sales experience is unmemorable at best. I've worked with Rich on many occasions, and have purchased a half dozen cars from Chapman BMW over the years based on Rich's stewardship. From other entries shared on this site about this dealership, I can easily add a positive contribution. There's something in the water there at the new building in Chandler. Tim made sure I was happy from the start. We did not have to negociate at all. He came out from the start with a quote I liked. I was happy that the overall process didnt take a lot of time. I will recommend Champman to others. Thank you, Derek Trammell

Mitch was great. I explained my situation to him and he responeded by listening and he got my deal done. This is my third lease vehicle from BMW and my second from Chapman. I will forever by loyal to Chapman because they care about their customers and they truly want their customers to feel appreciated.

Wonderful experience, great customer care.....Renate had a fantastic understanding of the BMW product and couldnt be more helpful.....Also wanted to say that our service rep Matt Konecek whom we have dealt with over the past year or so with our last X5 is a credit to your company...he goes above and beyond to make our experience as simple and painless as possible....You should be soooo proud of these folks on your team

The sales staff was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what we could afford or which way we wanted to go. ie: purchase new or used or lease. Jim was awsome! He explained the difference between my options. We finally decided on the "choice" option. Payment was perfect and the car is much better than we had hoped. Thanks

I just really like the fact that mitch was so helpfull and nice i had gone to 3 other dealers and didnt even bother to have them tell me the numbers because as soon as we walk they where not interested on us and they had not one customer. At chapman they where very business but they were so pilite in letting us know that someone would be with us soon then mitch came out and did a wonderfull job thank you.
