Great service. Jeff Orenstein was outstanding. He exuded confidence in his knowledge (and love) of BMW's. The test drive experience was exactly that-putting the vehicle to the test in all aspects. I was especially impressed by Jeff's forthrightness, integrity and overall committment to customer service. I'd recommend him to any of my colleagues and friends.

This is my second vehicle from Chapman. Like the first time, it was an atypical car buying experience; meaning it was no pressure, pleasant, quick, and a high class experience. Their Service department is second to none. I always get a new loaner vehicle, their work is exemplary, and my car is spotless when I pick it up. I would recommend Chapman to everyone.

In my seventy-seven years I have never met an auto sales person as well informed and excited about the car I wanted. Renate made the whole encounter a delightful experience. i have previously purchased all my cars from a competitor bmw store, but a friend of mine kept telling me to see this guy Jeff "JC". He purchased his car from JC and mentioned that the service was superior and always had his calls returned promptly with any questions my friend had, even after the sale. Curiousity got the best of me so i had to find out what this "JC" was about. And to my surprise, I purchased my first BMW from Chapman. Jeff spent a lot of time with us on the lot explaining the vehicle and all it's features. He was particulary interested in making sure the car we were buying "fit" us. He said this many times. He even took the time to compare vehicles on the internet with us that we had seen at other dealerships! He was not high pressure and even let us know about other pre-owned cars at your sister store that might be of interest to us. We love our new Z4! Our salesman Don King was very knowledgable and enthusiastic. No high-pressure at all, just very informative and pleasant. I especially appreciated the tutorial on the navigation system and telephone synch as these features are very important to me.

Jeff checked me out my new 2011 X5 and was very knowledgeable plus tailored his info on the operation of the car to my prior knowledge of BMW's. He answered some specific questions about the NAV system re: setting up home and finding diesel fuel stations. A very helpful experience!

This was a great experience overall for me. I really appreciate the respect and courtesy everyone demonstrated. Guiseppe worked extremely hard to find financing for me as I have some issues, but I am very grateful that he stuck with me and didn't stop reviewing all the options. I am going to have to go through the book for the car a few times to remember everything even though I've owned BMW's before! Thank YOU very much!

We love our new car!! Terres was great to work with and gave us a great deal. She made the process easy and hassle-free. Terres took the time to show us each car which we were interested in and explained the different features between them. The finance person Amber was equally easy to work with and provided us with all of our options for the car with no pressure.
