Both Don and Meagan were wonderful to deal with. They were professional and friendly. I This was the most pleasant shopping experience. In the past, I have never ever bought a car from a single visit to the dealer's due to the aggressive sales tactics. But my experience at Chapman BMW both with Don and Meagan netted in a single visit sale without the aggravation. I have already recommended your dealership to a friend and will utilize Don and Meagan's services.
It was a very easy pleasant experience and everything went smoothly and financing was fast. I did not feel like I wasted my time. Did not have to search long for the care I wanted and did not have to go back and forth a lot on price. The care was ready and Marvin did a great job walking me through the car and its features.
Chapman BMW - Chanlder is excellent. Best BMW dealer in the West, and customer service is great. Also please take time out to recognize my salesperson, Bits Fajarado. I cannot thank him enough for making me a happy customer. He's excellent, easy to deal with and trustworthy. Can't say enough good things about him.
This is my second purchase with Chapman BMW, both times I've dealt with Marvin White. The new building is spacious and effiecient. After searching almost 3days to find the vehicle that best suited by preferences, we finally found a match. Great Job Marvin!
Jeffery was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew the answers to our questions and more. He took a considerable amount of time with us but did not "bug us." He was sensitive to our time investment and was always available to answer our questions. He was focused on insuring that the vehicle met our requirements. He also assured us that he would be available after the sale as well. We are now "his" customers. This personal commitment impressed us.
Rich was great to deal with very helpful in every way. I would recommend him to everyone who is in the market for a new BMW. In the past I have worked with other BMW dealers, and did not get the service we received from Rich, so I say Thank You again.
Jeff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He took as long as we needed and explained every button in my "new to me" car. The purchase process was quick and, dare I say, FUN! I adore my certified preowned BMW and intend to be a lifetime customer!!!
Our intent was to make an appointment for our leased BMW. We have had great repair and maintenance service compared to Escondido. We were just looking at the new BMWs and got sold on trading our lease and buying the 2011 X5. We looked and drove the X5. Once I decided to buy the X5, the process was pretty quick. We came to your Dealership after a visit to BMW No. Scottsdale (where we had 5 transactions in the last 4 years). We were unhappy with the attitude and lack of information and interest from the salesperson in answering our questions. Basically we were dismissed. We left with the thought "never again".
