We had only planned on test driving the 535i, but the salesman was so convincing and helpful that we made the deal. He made us feel like we were getting a good deal and the car was fantastic. The dealership is close by and the facilities and service departments look great. The finance rate was low so that helped the payments to stay reasonable. I guess that says it all.

KARL, Megan and Vincent, they are very helpfull and fair; that reason why I rate they are great. Two weeks ago my wife and I came to your place too, but Mr.Rene didn't want to show us some car or help to look what we want. Saleman can't treat people because their outside look... I hope your place have all great team.

Karl is the only sales guy we would use in the future. This is the 2nd car we have brought from him. He is the greatest! He is honest and mature in his sales pitch. we would recomend from to all of our friends. He is very acknolegable about cars and we trust his opinion.

I really enjoyed my experience at Chapman BMW. Everyone was very friendly and was willing to work with me and did everything possible to give me what I asked for, without being pushy or overbearing. Terres was an excellent salesperson; she was also very, very friendly, energetic and did everything she could think of to exceed my expectations and give me what I wanted. Terres was great! Great attitude! Very positive! She was straight forward and "whitepapered" the value of purchasing a BMW as opposed to other car manufacturers and specifically her dealership. She stands head and shoulders above other sales persons. I visited Terres first and then visited another BMW dealership. No comparison. The other dealership/salesperson lost the sale within 3 minutes of sitting down to discuss price.

Mr Yang, Beginnig 4-16, we began conversations with your internet sales rep, Giuseppe Ferranra about an interest in a Mercedes SLK and CLK which your had in stock. after various emails, we set an appt to meet and view the cars on Monday, April 26. This is the 4th vehicle purchased from this dealership. Brand loyalty and a good relationship with salesman brought me back, and sealed this deal. But financing was not competitive with other brands, and I will definately consider other brands when looking for new cars in the future.

I worked with Bruce in finding a BMW for myself. The one I wanted was sold; however he worked patiently and diligently with me to find the exact same car, if not better, that fit within my price range. Chapman is definitely one of the best dealerships I have visited, and with Bruce's excellent customer service, I will be a repeat customer!

Renate was simply amazing. Incredibly detailed, friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and responsive. You certainly have the one of the finest customer service representatives I have ever seen. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I know I will be back as well as my friends and family.
