"Disrespectful Dealership" When you have been bringing your 2 BMW vehicles there for over a year and then for no reason they stop returning telephone calls or even answer them, the question remains. "Ghoulishly Shady 👻 STAY AWAY" They’re ghoulishly shady 👻 Like Shady AF. Stay away see all negative reviews and how similar they all are.... Coincidence? I think not. I feel I helped humanity if I can convince anybody to stop going here. My other review is on here also, Less anyone think i’m just some ex-employee with a grievance. However judging by the dead eyes on most of the employees there, the company motto should be changed to “The only people we treat worse than our customers are our employee’s”
"Stay Away!!!" Unless you want to be harassed and left feeling like a piece of meat I would stay away. I went there about a month or so ago(female) to purchase an X5 and between management and sales personnel It was not a pleasant experience. I did not feel comfortable at all, ( especially with a certain sales manager). he kept making passes at me and saying he would give me a good deal if i would let him take me out for a drink. "Beware of their certified cars" Prestige BMW claim that their cars are certified but it's not true. They put a warranty on their cars and claim that their cars are certified. I happened to be a victim of their false claim, for this reason I can never trust them again. Please don't buy cars from Prestige BMW, buy from another dealer.
"Beyond a Nightmare" Ramsey BMW is an embarrassment to Bergen County. Once you sign for a new car, follow up, and assistance are non existent. I had negotiated and finalized my deal over the internet. I sat for over 30 minutes after my appointment time, waiting for my first face to face sales meeting. After that day, I heard nothing until the second to last day of the month when I get a frantic email that I have to come in that day to get my car. I set up an appointment. "Too Good" After I had to cancel my appointment for scheduling issues several times, I finally made it in for service. I did not have to wait even a few minutes when dropping off or when picking up. My experience was too good.
"tires" bought 4 tires next morning tire inflation light came on. back tires were under inflated. inflated them at home no big deal but pretty annoying after spending 12 hundred dollars
