"Not told about warranty " When I bought my car new in August of 2015. It was not explained that while the car had 200 miles on it ,which I Thought was from test drives ,it was considered a demo car which meant that the warranty started September of 2014 so it was currently not under warranty. Brian Halpin was very nice but both he and I were unaware of the situation. He suggested I go upstairs and talk to a manager. "Tire replacement " Solid experience, but we should not be paying to have tires replaced on a leased vehicle that was originally a demo with over 10K miles.
"BMW of Ramsey Service" I usually bring my car to this service center because of the professionalism off he people and the hours that they operate. The pricing may not be the best but the people are. That means something to me.
"Cara was great help in getting my car back to me" The problem with bmw Ramsey is Michael lebron. He registered my car under another person and has caused undue hardship and breech of personal information. Now he is in Finance Dept. I contacted him no response. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS BOZO AVOID HIM AT ALL COST.
"Rated A-, waited too long to get car ." Service was courteous, loaner car provided as promised, got.called to retrieve car at little too long past the time initially promised. Waited too long at the agency to get the car.
"Computer glitch" Went to the service center for a check engine light on. After being there for two hours I was told it was a computer glitch and it needed to be updated. Why does it take 2 hours to figure out it was a computer issue and not anything physically wrong with my car?
"Great normal service" Brought the car in for routine service. Left with loaner. Everything went great, car was available early afternoon, I came back, zipped in and back out. Polite, pleasant people -- happy to deal with them again.
