"Awesome!" Very satisfied with service provided, Anne Marie kept me updated with text messages from the moment I dropped off my Z4, until I picked it up days later. Ever since I got the car, have felt confident about leaving it for service with the best skilled professionals!
"Service" no hassle from the moment I brought in for a emergency repair, they told me the problem and did not have the part. It was going to take few hours to the part, then sent me via uber till they repair the car.
"328 D Computer update $263.00" I have a gold extend warranty package that cost me thousands of dollars and still a normal job like this was not cover. Service advisors are really nice and they just need to be traine more to answer basic technical vehicles questions. Overall dealer dealer performance needs to improve. Morgan is great she gets 3 stars.
"Great Service Visit" Brought the car in for scheduled maintenance and a few other issues. Everything was taken care of and car was ready as promised. The only thing I would improve is the complimentary wash that typically accompanies scheduled maintenance. As i'm not sure if the car was just hosed down or really washed at all since the door sills were still dirty and the bumpers were not completely clean.
"Service staff is very rresponsive" We have several issues, none related to the service area. However these issues required action by the service department. They quickly and competantly addressed each of the issues and left us satisfeid.
"Started great but...." My boyfriend and I drove down from Albany because of the great deals and service we heard was provided at Ramsey. we ended up coming home with a 2015 x5. Tim was absolutely fabulous and told us he would take care of everything for us. unfortunately, he became ill and was out of work for several days. I attempted to contact Richard, his supervisor, as I still had not received my plates. I never received a phone call back after leaving two messages on his voicemail. "Pre owned" Great customer service. Frank went above and beyond to help me. When the issue came up regarding the maintenance warranty that I was promised the finance person said I was wrong He challenged me on whT I was promised and went to check with Frank. Frank told him I was correct. He then went on to say what a BIG $700 mistake Frank just made. Wow talk about making me feel uncomfortable. He did honor the warranty as stated. That left a bad taste in my mouth.
" Repairs ok. Details comparable to $30 car wash." They left the dirty wet sponge from the detailing in the car. The outside of my car details was good, but the inside appears to only have been vacuumed. They also left guide rail for the driver seat off. And my cup holders springs got worn out. I am guessing they put something larger than what it was made for in it.
"ANNUAL SMART SHIELD SERVICE" VERY POOR SERVICE WITH YOUR BODYSHOP!!! NEED TO BRING IN MY CAR AGAIN TO FIX THE DEEP CHIPS ON THE HOOD AND SCRATCH! UNBELIEVABLE!!! A WASTE OF MY TIME AND GAS!!
