I leased a new i3 and returned my 228i with 8 months remaining on the lease. The agreement was to pay off the remaining payments as I would be getting a new lease. A month later I was called by BMW financial who threatened my credit and harassed me almost daily due to a mistake by the dealership. Several attempts to rectify the situation were made over the course of three months and even now I have received no formal correspondence from the dealership. This dealership lacks customer service skill. I inquired about a vehicle online and spoke with someone over the phone about a particular vehicle, and scheduled an appointment to meet. I get there and no one knew I existed. The front desk said I spoke with someone in the call center and they work in another state. A salesperson with zero enthusiasm came to get me 10 minutes later and said "can I help you?" And had absolutely no clue or concern why I was there. Went there to check out the X5 and was assigned Rocco who looked at us as in a condescending way. His questioned to us was - are you looking for a CPO? When we mentioned we want to understand details of different models, he said if you are not ready to talk to a Sales person and then look around and check out our website. Then he comes to us and says there is a great offer on a Executive Demo. We have never felt this insulted. We drove down to Park Ave BMW and bought a X5 there with no issues.

Second review, brought my car in around may for a transmission fault (ended up being a smg pump relay) replaced it through them the car ran fine for about 3 days then the same exact symptoms and transmission fault appeared but worse when i went back for them to correct whatever mistake they made it took them one week and a few days just to "diagnose" now its a $2200 repair so i decided to get not one not two but 4 diff diag's one from paul miller bmw the rest from independent shops owned by ex bmw master techs anyway what th... read more

Awful lying people work here. They stole my husbands diamond ring from the car within 15 mins and now they are lying about it. They have tried to cheat us before by trying to make us pay thousands of dollars in maintenance for something that should have been covered by warranty. They are shady lying awful people. Avoid this dealership t all costs.

Overall, my experience with Prestige BMW was positive. I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. The salesman and Genius were top notch: both took the time necessary to explain what needed to be explained and both were extremely professional. The finance guys, sadly,were what one can expect when buying a car. The first one to "help" with my financing was rude and wouldn't discuss my specific vehicle and the warranties offered over the phone. I asked to work with someone else. my husband bought a bmw here on April 23rd and was told he could keep his old plates. Two days later he went to pick up the car and was told he had to have new ones which we have been waiting a month for not to mention he was charged $411.00 for the registration which we still do not have in our possession. Today he was told just to put his old plates on the car, my husband is on his knees in the rain soaked driveway putting plates on a very expensive car which could have been done by the service department! My husband and I walked into the showroom and not a single person came over to us We were there for about 10 minutes when my husband got so fed up that no one could come over .I guess they did not think we had the money to buy a BMW. Well we walked out not happy and we went to the Audi Dealership and bought and A6 beautiful car. You should not prejudge a person. I will never recommend your Dealership to anyone.

I made an appointment a week ahead of time to test drive a new BMW X3 about a week ago. When I got there they not only lost my appointment but also made me wait an hour till someone was able to help me. First gentleman didn't have time for us then second gentleman Michael Lebron rushed us in the most awful aggressive way. A few days later he made a follow up call and was still rude and impatient.
