I was dealing with two dealerships on my purchase of a car. Both dealers had similar cars that were similarly priced. In the end I chose to deal with Quentin because of his professionalism. He was knowledgable and responsive. The difference between him and his competitor was night and day which made the difference in the deal.

My husband and I were treatment like VIP's quite literally, there was a VIP sign hanging from the mirror in our test drive vehicle when we arrived for our appointment! Chad Thompson was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me find just the right vehicle. This is the first time I have ever purchased a car not manufactured by General Motors. I got a customized "lesson" from a very knowledgeable staff person. My sales person was professional, good-natured, polite and effective. Everyone made me feel like a queen. And best of all, I love my convertible beyond words.

BMW of Ann Arbor has always served my car service needs efficiently, on time, and with expert results. I have never had a complaint. Most importantly, the work that is done is as quoted and done right the first time. The service team also treats the customer with great respect and helps explain the details. I always feel well served. Dusty Harrison has been extremely trustworthy and helpful for routine maintenance, and helped me out when I've had an urgent unexpected need. Superb effort.

Being 61 I was looking for my "last new car" so I wanted it to be exactly correct. As such I spent several months asking questions and researching. I received STELLAR assistance when I purchased my BMW. All employees, were knowledgable and very helpful! They were always available to assist me, but not once did I feel pressured. The showroom and all their facilities were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this dealership, to any of my friend, in a heat beat.
