After researching and test driving a number of mid-size SUVs, the BMW X3 moved to the top of the list - especially because of the knowledge and support from our sales agent, Alex Upshur. He wasn't at all pushy as many other dealers were, and he let the car speak for itself. I bought a 228 and I felt very comfortable at the desk with Alex even though I am usually intimidated by male salesmen. He wasn't pushy and I was very happy with my experience.

Quick story... I ordered a new 2015 X3 for my wife, the ultimate present! Erick, whom we had met weeks earlier while looking for a CPO, Impressed me with his service and friendly manors. Naturally, he was the go-to guy for me. After ordering a blue w/tan interior, after the car was in production I discovered my wife was not fond of the blue, I almost choked! We have had several BMW's serviced at BMW of Ann Arbor. Dusty Harrison, Service Advisor, has been outstanding to work with over the years. He is extremely attentive and focused on making sure our experience getting our car serviced is very positive. Additionally, his knowledge of the cars is extremely helpful when evaluating issues and his insight on repairs has been greatly appreciated.
I have been to this service center twice. Both times Dusty was my service advisor. Dusty was great; he entertained my 1000 questions about the i3 and the KLE update. He even let me go check the car out in the service area and talk to the technician. Each time I was there Dusty appeared to be the 'go to' guy for customers and his team. I was impressed how he handled the constant flow of people and how professional he was with everyone.
Best sevice writer I've ever worked with - he knows more about my car than I do! Very personable and exceedingly knowledgeable. Excellent about getting me appointments and getting me in and out. I will follow him. He knows how to take care of cars and customers
I was looking for a reliable used car for my time in Michigan. I needed a good car in a low price range. And I found what I was looking for thanks to Alex. I'm very happy about my car and I'll probably do the service in BMW Ann Arbor (even if their is no discount on services after buying a used car).
