Dusty always tries to anticipate my needs (appointment times, need for a loaner or ride after drop off or to come back to pick up my car, etc.) and is always up front about what my car needs and how long it will take.
I would like to recognize BMW of Ann Arbor for their excellent customer service and attention to detail . I was really impressed in how they went above and beyond in servicing my car during my last visit. Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very comfortable working with him, knowing I wasn't being jerked around or pushed into buying a car. The whole experience was rather effortless and as a result I am a more than happy owner of a immaculate 135i! I'd highly recommend working with Alex if you have the opportunity to do so.
My experience with BMW of Ann Arbor has always been great. Booking the service appointment was professional and easy. When I arrived for the service Dusty greeted me in a professional,friendly and timely manner. Service was done promptly and car was delivered in a spotless manner. My experiences with the Ann Arbor BMW dealership have been fantastic. I have had positive interactions with Dereck West, Carol and Mark-all friendly and top rate! The service done was done well and in a timely manner. The service was much better then in the past, I felt they cared and worked to make the experience more positive than in the past.
Service advisor was helpful and respective of my time. Part needed was overnighted and available next day. Sales advisor answered my questions without being pushy. Car was courtesy washed and vacuumed. Overall good experience and much improved under new ownership.

I've had service on an older BMW and regular maintenance on a new BMW. The service was great for both, Derek gave a good breakdown of what needed to be done and the time frame for completing the maintenance. He made sure I had a ride to and from work. Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite.
