Dusty always tries to anticipate my needs (appointment times, need for a loaner or ride after drop off or to come back to pick up my car, etc.) and is always up front about what my car needs and how long it will take.

Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very comfortable working with him, knowing I wasn't being jerked around or pushed into buying a car. Service advisor was helpful and respective of my time. Part needed was overnighted and available next day. Sales advisor answered my questions without being pushy. Car was courtesy washed and vacuumed. Overall good experience and much improved under new ownership.

I've had service on an older BMW and regular maintenance on a new BMW. The service was great for both, Derek gave a good breakdown of what needed to be done and the time frame for completing the maintenance. He made sure I had a ride to and from work. Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite.
