Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cure" the ailment. He is a great service advisor and always a pleasure to work with. Pleasant, patient and understanding, he keeps my Z and I inline. Not only did Dusty and the department service my 528i as promised and on time. He also remembered I have a Z4 and looked up the service records to make sure it was up to date and reminded me it was due for routine inspections. The dealership took care of pulsating brakes on my 2014 535i at 42000 miles under warranty. No hassles no issues. Repaired some chipmunk electrical damage early on and have had no problems since. The dealership has top flight service.
