Alex did a great job with my new car purchase. He took the time to explain in detail all questions I had both at the dealership and via email. The vehicle was delivered and looked amazing when I picked it up, so clean and shiny with my VIP tag hanging inside. It's the little touches that show the level of detail they go through to make the purchase a pleasant experience. Things like Alex saying "just stop on by any time and we'll top off your wiper fluid, no charge". Great job Alex, thanks so much, I'm just loving my new X4.
Great customer service from day 1 even when we were just looking to test drive. He followed up after our first meeting and brought to us a deal that we could not resist. We are very happy with our purchase and for the awesome assistant that Chad was to us. Always making us feel like we were welcome!
I have been bringing my car here for years and have found the service personnel to be extremely helpful. I've received consistent good advice and prompt service, particularly from Mr. Harrison in the service department.
Took vehicle in for first oil change. Waited in nice waiting area for about an hour. The dealership did service and washed the car. I was a little surprised that the car needed an oil change with only 1,500 miles on it, but service date was based on when the car was manufactured.
This was my first new car in 13years and Alex made the new car buying experience so easy for me. He is a wealth of information about the BMW and did not make me feel pressured to buy a car or any extras that I did not want. He was so patient with all of my questions and I know that I asked some of them more than once. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to a friend or anyone interested in buying a BMW.
Spoke over phone about the price(best deal I came across for a 328 i X Drive), Went in for a test drive. Liked the car. Paper work done in 20-30 mins Drove the car home. Great customer service and Chad was awesome showing the features of the car. They even offered to drop off my rental vehicle at the airport. Good dealership. 10/10
Let me be direct; buying a used car sucks; it is much more difficult than buying a new vehicle. I had been trying to buy a car for my nephew that just graduated from college and was not having much success. I live in Chicago and somehow stumbled upon a vehicle (2009 Scion) at BMW of Ann Arbor.
