We purchased 2 vehicles from BMW Ann Arbor in December and the whole process from beginning to end was quick and easy. I had the Best car buying experience ever, I really felt comfortable with my salesman Eric Griffith. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and Eric answered all my questions. The dealership was clean bright and inviting. I felt very relaxed. The coffee was great too. Everyone at the dealership was professional and unassuming. They asked the right questions and made me feel at home in picking my new vehicle. My salesman, Chad Thompson spent a good amount of time with me and answered all my questions.
Excellent experience with Eric Griffith. I have never had less than that at any BMW dealership. Eric listened to what I wanted. He didn't try to tell/sell me otherwise. He just made it happen. I will be returning in the future. When it came to the financing, Brendan made the paperwork very easy and he even worked out a better deal than we had expected. Just very impressed with the whole group there in Ann Arbor.
