Repaired by replacing all the coils and plugs. Runs like new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loaner car was very nice as well. My car was returned clean, washed, and vacuumed. Great service.
The service is great at BMW of Ann Arbor. The service adviser, Dereck West kept me updated on the service of my 550i. He answered all my questions and really cares about his customers. I had to have a rental car for several days and Carol Pappas in the rental department, made sure that I had a vehicle ready before I left. She was courteous and helpful.
Very friendly and courteous service! The staff was very professional! Dereck made the service carefree, contacted by e-mail and set-up the loaner. Walked right in and out!
