These guys are always precisely on-target with keeping my BMMMMMW ship-shape. I love the technology on this car, and it is quite an achievement of wizardry. Keeping up with it is impressive. My favorite service tech, Dusty, is highly competent and more than helpful. The mechanical work is prompt and correct.
Have had no problems with routine maintenance. If you are going to wait for your vehicle, it's helpful to schedule the first appointment of the day to get in and out quickly (as I'd assume is the case with any service department).
I have only had positive experiences thus far at Ann Arbor BMW. I moved from California and had excellent service at the Santa Monica BMW, but Ann Arbor BMW has exceeded any and all of my expectations. They took care of everything and I feel great to deal with them. Also they introduced everything that I was confused about without any complains. The services are good and the sales person is good and the manager is good.
I have been going to this dealership for service for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Dereck in particular has been a superb service adviser and has been always straight to the point with me. I also really appreciate he can answer most of my questions via email when my car is being serviced over there. Note: all the services I had there were still under warranty. So not sure of prices when my cars need to be serviced out of warranty.
It was fun to watch awesome cars and to talk to friendly people. The service manager and sales person knew what they were doing and they were courteous.
Dereck is always efficient with my car and ensures everything is taken care of. Carol is always nice and helpful when I need a rental.
The service manager was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was courteous and tried to make my wait there enjoyable. I couldn't have been happier.
Working with Alex was a pleasure. He was very knowledgable when it came to showing me different features, and blew me away with his vast understanding of all the cars we tested together. He didn't rush my experience and found me a car that I absolutely love!
